  • Patent number: 11951850
Abstract: A multi-cell inductive wireless power transfer system includes multiple transmitting elements. Each transmitting element includes one or more transmitting windings and one or more transmitting magnetic cores. The multi-cell inductive wireless power transfer system also includes multiple receiving elements. The transmitting elements are separated from the receiving elements by an air gap. Each receiving element includes one or more receiving windings and one or more receiving magnetic cores.

  • Publication number: 20110204645
Abstract: A hydropower system generating electric power includes a circuitous loop for flow of liquid with: a) a liquid return conduit; b) at least one reservoir below the conduit outlet, with a dispenser for dispensing liquid from the reservoir to a plurality of displacement columns; c) displacement columns below the reservoir; d) controls and valves connected to the reservoir dispenser and displacement column for sequentially adding and removing liquid to and from the displacement column for upward floatation of the weight and corresponding float and for subsequent removal of liquid from the displacement column via gravitational force of the weight; e) weights within the displacement columns; f) floats connected to each weight; g) engagement mechanism for engaging the float to the weight for upward movement of the float and weight in rising liquid and disengagement of the float from the weight for removal of liquid from the displacement column via gravitational force.

  • Publication number: 20110146758
Abstract: A solar cell module comprises a solar cell assembly and a reflecting back encapsulant that is laminated to the back non-sun-facing side of the solar cell assembly. The reflecting back encapsulant comprises a co-extrusion or extrusion coated multilayer sheet, and the multilayer sheet comprises a reflecting layer, a first tie layer and optionally a second tie layer that are co-extruded or extrusion coated on the reflecting layer. The multilayer sheet has a total thickness of about 2 to about 50 mil (about 51 to about 1270 ?m). The tie layer(s) comprise polymeric material(s) that have a melting temperature of about 80° C. to about 165° C. and an adhesion to glass of at least about 30 lb/inch when measured with the T-peel test. The reflecting layer has a thickness of about 1 to about 35 mil (about 25 to about 889 ?m); comprises a polymeric material having a melting temperature between 80° C. and 165° C.
