  • Publication number: 20150101118
Abstract: The combination infant bathtub and seat is a combination bathtub and retaining bathtub chair for use by an infant. The combination infant bathtub and seat includes a base, having opposed upper and lower surfaces and at least one sidewall projecting upwardly from a peripheral edge of the upper surface of the base. The at least one sidewall and the base define the bathtub basin for receiving water and the infant. Further, a chair is provided, the chair having a seat and a seat back. In one embodiment, the seat is integrally formed on the upper surface of the base, preferably by one-piece molding, such that the base, the at least one sidewall and the seat are all integrally molded together in one-piece formation.

  • Patent number: 8479328
Abstract: The adjustable bracket for a crib mattress platform includes a first embodiment having a slotted plate (26) attached to each rear corner post (20), (22) of the crib (10). Each plate (26) includes a series of lands (30) extending from the slot (28). A mattress platform corner bracket (42) attaches to each rear corner of the mattress platform (24), with a pin (50) extending from each corner bracket (42) and engaging the slot (28) of the corresponding corner post plate (26). The pin (50) selectively engages one land (30) of the corner post plate slot (28) to set the mattress platform height. A second embodiment includes two sliding sleeves (102) installed upon spaced apart vertical slats (104) of the crib rear wall (14). A mattress platform attachment bracket extends pivotally from each sleeve. The crib wall slats (104) have a series of receptacles (132), with locking pins (114) extending from the assemblies and engaging the receptacles (132, 134) to fix the height of the mattress platform as desired.

  • Patent number: 6817046
Abstract: The one hand folding crib includes a generally rectangular enclosure having a central opening and a mattress platform disposed within the central opening for supporting a mattress. The generally rectangular enclosure is defined by a dropside gate slidably mounted on a pair of front corner posts, a rear wall fixed to a pair of rear corner posts, and a pair of collapsible, folding end walls that extend between the front and rear corner posts. Each end wall comprises a pair of hinged end panels that are hingedly attached to each other and to the adjacent corner posts. The mattress platform is pivotally attached to the rear corner posts. • Patent number: 6199234
Abstract: A mattress structure that provides a relatively soft resilient surface under the weight of a recumbent infant or small child and also provides a degree of air flow, by means of bumps, depressions and ridges at the points of contact with the infant or child thereby providing a comfortable sleeping surface for the infant or small child. One version of the mattress structure is comprised of a combination of a base layer of relatively firm, resilient plastic foam having two major surfaces that are substantially flat and a relatively soft, convoluted foam cover layer, that covers at least one major surface of the base layer leaving the convoluted surface of the cover layer exposed. The combination of base layer and cover layer form a mattress filling that is contained in a mattress ticking.
