  • Patent number: 11971094
Abstract: A drive apparatus for a vehicle having an electric machine whose rotor shaft is constructed as a hollow shaft having an internal tooth arrangement. A gear mechanism drive shaft, which has an external tooth arrangement, is inserted coaxially relative to the hollow shaft into the hollow shaft, to form a torque-transmitting spline. The rotor shaft with a rotor shaft rotary bearing being interposed is guided outward through a bearing opening of an electric machine housing, and the gear mechanism drive shaft has a centering seat which is in abutment with the internal circumference of the rotor shaft with a tight clearance fit. The gear mechanism drive shaft is subjected to bending (D) during travel operation as a result of radially active operating forces (FR). To reduce the bending stress (D), the centering seat of the gear mechanism drive shaft is arranged without an axial offset with respect to the rotor shaft rotary bearing, in axial alignment relative to the rotor shaft rotary bearing.

  • Patent number: 6821148
Abstract: A plug part, in particular a cable harness plug, for producing an electrical plug connection to a further plug part, includes a housing, a contact carrier situated in the housing, as well as a gel or silicon multipole seal situated on the side facing away from the plugging direction. To enable the contacts situated in the contact carrier to be automatically inserted, it is provided that a flat surface is formed on the side facing away from the plugging direction, i.e., on the outgoing side of the cable, so that no interfering contour exists for the automatic insertion gripper. For this purpose, it is provided that a flat holding plate having insertion openings and being able to latch to the contact carrier is provided on the multipole seal, on the side of the plug part facing away from the plugging direction, locking arms hinged to and extending away from the holding plate being formed in the plugging direction of the plug part.

  • Patent number: 6666731
Abstract: A cable harness plug for establishing an electric connection to a plug strip. The cable harness plug includes a housing, contact elements arranged in the housing and at least one lock. The cable harness plug includes at least two different types of contacts, and a lock is assigned to each type of contact. A lock includes at least one locking plate covering at least one area of one type of contact and includes a locking element which, by insertion into cable harness plug, converts locking plate to the locked position in the one area of type of contact and at the same time activates the lock which is assigned to the other types of contacts. This allows for production of secondary lock for different types of contacts of a cable harness plug simultaneously by using a single locking element.

  • Publication number: 20020076965
Abstract: A sealing element for an electrical plug device is to be designed in such a manner that the plug device remains functional with regard to its sealing, when a first connector and a second connector of the plug device are joined. To this end, the elastomer sealing element, which includes a substructure having a rectangular cross-section, and lamellae projecting from the substructure, has its substructure dimensioned such that the ratio of its axially running height H to its radially running width B is less than or equal to 8. In addition, the substructure is inserted in a recess on the first connector, in a positionally secure manner. The sealing element is particularly intended for use in the automotive industry.
