A comb element is disposed on an outer circumference of the base body, and a retaining element having a threaded bore is connected to the comb element. A threaded bolt has a threaded first section that engages into the threaded bore, a middle section that protrudes through the radially oriented opening the in base body, and a second end section supported on the inner support surface of the base body. A diameter of the first end section of the threaded bolt is smaller than a diameter of the middle section. A spring element is provided between the inner support surface of the base body and the second end section of the threaded bolt.
