  • Patent number: 6691964
Abstract: An easy viewing invisible mounting system includes a right angle bracket and a substantially planar, longitudinally extending hanger. The hanger defines, adjacent its top end, a circular aperture adapted to receive a fastener therethrough to mount the hanger on the wall, and, remote from its top end, a longitudinally aligned and spaced apart pair of elongated slots oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis of the hanger. A fastener extends through each slot to secure the hanger to the bracket vertical edge while enabling limited relative vertical sliding movement thereof along the hanger longitudinal axis, whereby the hanger may be slid in one direction for storage with the entirety of the hanger disposed on the bracket vertical edge or slid in the opposite direction to expose the aperture above the bracket for viewing during mounting of the hanger on the wall. The system may include a pair of the hangers, one on each bracket edge, and one or both hangers may afford a shelf-lock feature.

  • Patent number: 6467636
Abstract: A corner shelf is easily mountable on and removable from a pair of walls defining a corner and a corner apex joining the walls. The corner shelf has two mutually transverse sides and a shelf apex joining the sides. The shelf is configured and dimensioned exclusively for three point installation in a corner, and is characterized by (A) only a pair of laterally spaced openings disposed on one shelf side, and (B) only a single opening on the other shelf side. Each of the openings is substantially spaced from the shelf apex, and the openings are adapted to mount the shelf in the corner. Preferably a total of only three support members project inwardly from the corner walls, and each of the openings is configured and dimensioned to at least partially receive therein a portion of a respective support member.
