Abstract: A resistance band training system comprising a set of resistance bands, where the set includes a resistance band with two attachment ends, one for a static structure and the other for a user to grasp; an elongated resistance band, where the elongated resistance band includes a pair of straps that extend between a first attachment end and a second attachment end; a lower body resistance band, where the lower body attachment band includes a strap extending between a first attachment end with a wedge and a second attachment end; a pair of wrist wraps to fasten around the user's wrist, and a pair of gloves, where both the wrist wraps and gloves attach to the second attachment end of the elongated resistance band.
