  • Publication number: 20210369773
Abstract: A composition to treat epidermal insults may have an ungraphenated detonation synthesis nanodiamonds (UDSND) and medical grade Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil (SBB) composition in a blended uniform composition with 1% hydrocortisone cream; wherein the UDSND are at 2 nm to 4 nm in initial crystal size and in the range of 0.2% to 0.5% of the UDSND-SBB composition weight and the SBB which is 99.5% to 99.8% of the UDSND-SBB composition weight; and wherein total composition ratio is in the range of about 3:1 to 10:1 hydrocortisone cream to UDSND-SBB composition. Preferably, the total composition ratio can be about 6:1 hydrocortisone cream to UDSND-SBB composition.

  • Patent number: 10894060
Abstract: A composition to treat epidermal insults comprises suspended nanodiamonds. The nanodiamonds may be unagglomerated and ungraphenated detonation synthesis nanodiamonds at 2 nm to 4 nm in initial crystal size and 0.2%-0.5% composition weight. The nanodiamonds may be suspended homogeneously in medical grade Sea Buckthorn berry oil. The nanodiamonds may be suspended in group consisting of Sea Buckthorn berry oil, Sea Buckthorn seed oil, glycerin, olive oil, Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), hand creams such as those sold under the tradename UDDERLY SMOOTH and WORKING HANDS (e.g., Udderly Smooth, Working Hands), hydrocortisone cream, triple antibiotic ointment, and combinations thereof. The nanodiamonds can be agglomerated crystals 30 nm to 50 nm in diameter.

  • Publication number: 20200405756
Abstract: A composition to treat atopic dermatitis having a combination of Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil at 98.0 to 99.99 of total combination percent weight; and nano diamonds at 2.0 to 0.01 of total combination percent weight respectively. In one approach, the Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil may be 99.6 to 99.8 of total combination percent weight; and the nano diamonds may be 0.02 to 0.04 of total combination percent weight respectively. In another approach, the composition may have a range of 3-8 ml of the Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil and nano diamond combination per 59 ml of a cream having 2 percent hydrocortisone. In yet another approach the composition may have 5 ml of Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil and nano diamond combination per 59 ml of a cream having 2 percent hydrocortisone.

  • Patent number: 6164975
Abstract: An interactive instructional system realizing an eventstream based educational methodology and enabling an interactive, adaptive learning environment. Continuously tracking and evaluating learner interaction, the system creates and updates a profile of the learner's cognitive style and achievement level. Using this cognitive profile, the system adapts its presentations to the learner's cognitive style and demonstrated ability. Presentations take the form of eventstreams, which are branching sequences of multimedia objects called events. Some of the events contain substantially similar content presented in differing ways so that, using the learner's cognitive profile, the system can select the event that results in the greatest comprehension of the presented material. This selection is accomplished using a utility function that is based on the cognitive profile and that provides a measure of the teaching utility of each of the different cognitive styles.

  • Patent number: 5931294
Abstract: A storage container for a disc includes case member (10) including a cover member (16), a base member (18), and a hinge member (20) for joining the cover member (16) to the base member (18). The hinge member (20) allows the base member (18) and cover member (16) to pivot between a coplanar open position and an overlapping parallel plane closed position. A tray member (14) is also included that has a proximal end (96), a distal end (94), a disc receiving portion (98) disposed adjacent to the proximal end (96) and a raised platform portion (182). The raised platform portion (182) is disposed adjacent to the distal end (99).
