Abstract: A lock assembly is provided for a window having a first sash and a second sash. The lock assembly comprises an elongate strip configured to be coupled to the first sash. The elongate strip has a plurality of recesses defined along a length of the elongate strip. The lock assembly also includes a lock member configured to be coupled to the second sash and operable to move along the length of the elongate strip. The lock member includes a biasing member and a coupler biased in a direction of the elongate strip by the biasing member. The coupler is configured to enter each of the plurality of recesses to selectively lock the lock member to the elongate strip.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a mattress. An underpad is positioned on the mattress such that a lower surface of the underpad is in contact with the mattress. A securing assembly is interposed between the mattress and the underpad. The securing assembly comprises a plurality of securing member positioned on the lower surface of the underpad, and a plurality of mating securing members positioned on the mattress. Each of the plurality of securing members engages a corresponding mating securing member so as to be removably coupled thereto, thereby immovably positioning the underpad on the mattress.

Abstract: A cap device for a container is provided. The cap device comprises a cover, a base and an expandable/extendible collapsible spout attached to or integrated with the base. When the cover is in a closed position, the collapsible spout may be in a retracted position for easy storage. When the cover is open, the collapsible spout may be extended to assist with pouring a fluid from the container to another location.
