  • Patent number: 11911834
Abstract: A drilling tool for producing a bore with a cylindrical inner wall can be rotatable in a rotary movement with a predetermined rotational direction (VD) about a tool axis (A) extending through the drilling tool, and at the same time is movable in an axial forward movement (VB) in a forward direction axially to the tool axis. The drilling tool comprises at least one drilling area (3) arranged in a forwardly located region of the drilling tool at a forward or free end, but preferably not having a thread forming region. The drilling area has a number n of drilling edges which are arranged offset to each other in the rotational direction, and at least one chip divider is arranged on at least one or each of the n drill cutting edges, where the chip divider forms an interruption of the respective drill cutting edge.

  • Publication number: 20240042863
Abstract: A method for monitoring a failure in a high-voltage circuit of a vehicle includes obtaining a supply voltage of a high-voltage power supply device; obtaining component voltage(s) on one or more high-voltage components powered by the high-voltage power supply device; comparing the supply voltage with each component voltage; and determining that a failure exists in the high-voltage circuit when the voltage difference between the supply voltage and any one of the component voltage(s) exceeds a predetermined threshold. Also disclosed are a computer readable storage medium, an equipment for monitoring a failure in a high-voltage circuit of a vehicle, a high-voltage circuit system for a vehicle, and a vehicle comprising the high-voltage circuit system.

  • Patent number: 9315873
Abstract: The invention relates to a marker vaccine for prophylactic treatment of classical swine fever comprising modified live attenuated classical swine fever virus. The viral amino acid sequence of the TAV-epitope of the E2 protein comprises a different sequence from that of a wild-type classical swine fever virus. The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions of the marker vaccine. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing marker vaccines for prevention of classical swine fever using selective antibody pressure.

  • Patent number: 8071108
Abstract: The present invention comprises new pestivirus mutants, characterized in that the mutants are based on a cp strain of the virus wherein part of the gene sequence encoding the Npro region is deleted, except that the deleted part does not encompass the coding sequence for the N-terminal twelve amino acids of the Npro protein. Preferably the pestivirus is the Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV). It was found that a mutant according to the invention is a safe and efficient vaccine candidate.

  • Patent number: 7608433
Abstract: The invention relates to a multiplex real-time RT-PCR assay with a heterologous internal control system (i.e., EGFP-RNA) for the simple and fast diagnosis of classical swine fever virus (CSFV). Primers and FAM-labeled TaqMan probes, specific for CSFV were selected by analyzing the consensus sequence of the 5?-non translated region of various CSFV strains. For determining the analytical sensitivity an in vitro transcript (T7-PC3Alf) of the 5? NTR was constructed and tested. Furthermore, a primer-probe system for the detection of the internal control sequence was established, and a multiplex assay using CSF-System 1 and the IC real-time PCR could be performed as a one-tube assay without loss of sensitivity or specificity.
