  • Patent number: 10913362
Abstract: For a long stator linear motor comprising a switch and secure guidance of the transport vehicles in the direction of movement along the transport track, it is provided that the transport vehicle (Tn) is force-guided, at least in sections, in the direction of movement (x) outside the switch (W), and at least one one-sided track section (2d) is provided on the transport track (2), along which a vehicle guide element (7) only on one side of the transport track (2) interacts with the track guide element (6) on the assigned side of the transport track (2) for the mechanical forced guidance in the direction of movement (x), and the forced guidance in the direction of movement (x) in the transverse direction (y) is canceled in the region of the switch (W).

  • Publication number: 20100025026
Abstract: Plate heat exchanger for indirect heat exchange between at least two liquid and/or gaseous media with an essentially parallelepiped-shaped base (8), means for feeding and removing the media (headers 6, 6a, 7), and a number of passages (14), arranged essentially like stacks, for indirect heat exchange between media that respectively flow into adjacent passages (14), whereby the passages are formed by partitions (1, 22) that are spaced some distance apart, whereby the partitions are spaced some distance apart by end strips (4a, 4b), the passages have a corrugated profile (fins, 2), which is in heat-conductive contact with the partitions (1, 22) at its wave peaks and wave troughs, and the stack is closed off by a cover plate (5, 21), characterized in that the ratio between the width of the partition (B) and the repetition interval of the same characteristic of the corrugated profile as, for example, the repetition interval of two wave peaks (wavelength, LP) has a value in the range of between 15 and 80.

  • Publication number: 20090194175
Abstract: The invention relates to a shut-off device (1) and a process for producing a shut-off device with a housing (2) and a shut-off flap (3) that is pivotally located in the housing, a shut-off flap seat (7) formed by the components (2; 3; 8, 12a; 12b) being located between the housing (2) and the shut-off flap (3). To achieve the object of ensuring a good fit and thus a high level of tightness of the shut-off device, it is suggested according to the invention that the components (2; 3; 8, 12a; 12b) of the shut-off device (1) that form the shut-off flap seat (7) are subjected to treatment by cold ageing in the low temperature range. This treatment by cold ageing takes place advantageously before final mechanical working of the components (2; 3; 8, 12a; 12b) with liquid nitrogen.
