  • Patent number: 11973544
Abstract: A wireless system comprises a controlling node and multiple antenna processing nodes coupled to the controlling node but separated from each other. The controlling node receives (720) first soft bit information from a first antenna processing node, the first soft bit information corresponding to reception of a wireless transmission. Responsive to determining that it cannot decode transmitted bits using the first soft bit information, the controlling node requests (730) and receives (740) second soft bit information from a second antenna processing node, the second soft bit information also corresponding to the first wireless transmission from the wireless device and having been buffered by the second antenna processing node. The controlling node decodes (750) bits from the first wireless transmission using both the first and second soft bit information. The controlling node may then signal the antenna processing nodes that they can discard buffered information for the wireless transmission.

  • Patent number: 11845430
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for controlling driving power from a powertrain of a motor vehicle comprising a kickdown switch, wherein an activation of the kickdown switch triggers a default action of temporarily requesting an increase of a maximum power available from the powertrain, the method comprising: recognizing that a speed limiter, setting an upper speed limit for the vehicle speed, is active, comparing a current vehicle speed to a predefined speed threshold, which is below the upper speed limit, and if the current vehicle speed is above the speed threshold and the speed limiter is active, triggering an altered action in response to the activation of the kickdown switch.

  • Patent number: 8807000
Abstract: The device is for cutting and removing wires from bales, such as pulp bales, paper bales and the like. The device has at least one cutting unit that has a cutting tool for cutting off a wire that is arranged around a bale, and at least one winding unit that has a winding tool for unwinding the cut wire from the bale. The cutting tool has an outer cutter and an inner cutter which are coaxially arranged and rotatable with respect to each other. Each cutter has a cutting edge which are arranged to be moved towards each other when the cutters are rotated towards each other in a certain direction, in order to cut off objects, preferably bale wires, between them.

  • Patent number: 8667664
Abstract: The device is for cutting and removal of wires from bales, such as pulp bales, paper bales and the like. The device is intended to remove all wires from a bale that is provided with at least two wires. The device has two cutting units and two winding units that are positioned pair-wise opposite each other, on one side each of a working location (W), for the pair-wise cutting off and removal of the two wires that are arranged in parallel.
