  • Publication number: 20160037724
Abstract: A feederhouse (20) for a combine harvester (10) comprises an endless conveyor having at least two traction means (82) made of inherently flexible material circulating about the deflection rollers (78, 80) and offset from one another in the axial direction of the deflection rollers (78, 80), between which traction means conveying strips (84) extend. The inner sides of the traction means (82) are furnished with cams (34, 36) made of inherently flexible material.

  • Publication number: 20160007538
Abstract: A feederhouse (20) for a combine harvester (10) has a drivable inclined conveyor shaft (80), which is supported via a bearing arrangement (48), which is designed as an axially movable floating bearing, on the housing (76) of the feederhouse (20).

  • Publication number: 20150366139
Abstract: A combine harvester (10) has a feederhouse assembly (20) that comprises a housing (62). The housing (62) contains feederhouse rollers (64, 80), about which an endless conveying element (82) circulates. The endless conveying element (82) is made from an inherently flexible material having slats (84) fastened thereon. A first feederhouse roller (80) is mounted movably along an imaginary connecting line (95) between the feederhouse rollers (64, 80) and can be coupled to a spring (86) that pre-tensions the endless conveying element (82) and brings the first feederhouse roller (80) into a target position. The movement of the first feederhouse roller (80) toward the second feederhouse roller (64) is limited to this target position.

  • Patent number: 9192099
Abstract: An inclined conveyor assembly (20) for a combine harvester (10) comprises a housing (62) on whose rear end an upper conveyor roller (64) is supported such that it can rotate, a lower conveyor roller (90) positioned on the front end of the housing (62); an extendible, endless conveyor element (82) circulating around the lower conveyor roller (90) and around the upper conveyor roller (64), with carriers (84) and a pendulum plate (78), which is hinged on the front end of the housing (62) and which can swivel around a pendulum axle (76), on which a harvesting attachment (18) can be affixed. Below the endless conveyor element (82), there is a flexible bottom element (100), which is coupled with the pendulum plate (78) on its front end, and with the housing (62) of the inclined conveyor assembly (20) on its rear end.

  • Publication number: 20140166433
Abstract: An inclined conveyor assembly for a combine has a housing, an upper inclined conveyor roller rotatably mounted at the rear of the housing, and a lower inclined conveyor roller positioned at the front end of the housing. An endless conveying element has drivers and rotates about the lower and upper inclined conveyor rollers. A pendulum frame on which a harvester head can be mounted articulates at the front end of the housing and is pivotable about a pendulum shaft. The pendulum shaft is inclined at a rearward and upward angle.
