  • Publication number: 20240318698
Abstract: A disc brake for a utility vehicle includes an application device, which is positioned in a receiving space of a brake caliper having a caliper housing and a lever dome arranged thereon. The application device has a pivotable brake lever, which is provided with at least one eccentric portion and a lever arm which adjoins the latter, the lever extending approximately parallel to the axis of rotation of the brake disc and projecting into the lever dome. Two brake plungers are mounted axially adjustably in a bridge and, during braking, lie against a brake pad. A readjustment device compensates for a wear-induced change in an air gap. A synchronizing device is connected functionally to the brake plungers and has a traction mechanism drive. The traction mechanism drive is arranged outside the lever dome, wherein strands of the traction mechanism drive are guided around a partial region of the lever dome.

  • Publication number: 20230024180
Abstract: Methods and systems for tracking a cassette containing one or more instruments in an instrument reprocessing are provided. A method for tracking an cassette housing one or more instruments in an instrument reprocessing, comprising: sterilizing, at a sterilizer, the cassette; receiving, at a server, a chemical indicator identification encrypted by a private key after the cassette is sterilized; decrypting, at the server, the chemical indicator identification with a corresponding public key; and in response to decryption of the chemical indicator identification, authenticating, at the server, the chemical indicator identification.

  • Publication number: 20190060035
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a single-tooth replacement structure (50) or a single-tooth replacement structure (50) with a substructure (51) using a 3D printer (10) comprising at least a first applicator (A1) and a carrier (T). The method comprises the following steps: i. placing a substructure (51) on the carrier (T); ii. applying material, in particular applying a composite material (K), to the substructure (51) by means of the first applicator (A1) from a first direction (r1) relative to the substructure (51); iii. rotating the substructure (51) placed on the carrier (T) about a first axis of rotation (a) through a first angle (?) relative to the first applicator (A1); iv. applying material, in particular applying a composite material, to the substructure (51) by means of the first applicator (A1) from a second direction (r2) relative to the substructure (51); v. optionally: iteratively repeating steps iii and iv.

  • Publication number: 20180185118
Abstract: A method for producing a dental restoration structure (1) that is to be individually manufactured by 3D printing. The method includes the following steps: i.) placing a substructure (2) in a 3D printer (3), in particular on a support plate (4); ii.) determining at least one of the form and/or the position of the substructure (2) in the 3D printer (3); iii.) comparing the determined form and/or position of the substructure (2) with 3D data of the dental restoration structure (1) to be individually manufactured; optional applying a connecting layer to the substructure (2) and/or conditioning the substructure (2); and iv.) applying material, in particular application of a composite material, on the substructure (2) in a 3D printing method such that the dental restoration structure (1) that is to be individually manufactured is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20180111316
Abstract: A cartridge (1) for a 3D printer, wherein the cartridge (1) has a nozzle or is designed in such a way that a predefined nozzle can be formed in the cartridge (1). The cartridge (1) contains a dental composite material, and the dental composite material comprises a curable, in particular a light-hardenable, matrix and only fillers having a maximum particle size of <5 ?m. The dental composite material has a viscosity, in a non-cured state, in the range of 1 to 10,000 Pa*s, preferably 10 to 2,000 Pa*s, more preferably between 50 to 800 Pa*s.
