  • Patent number: 7286809
Abstract: Noise impulses are suppressed in a signal processing circuit by gating an input signal. The gated signal is then smoothed upstream of demodulating the smoothed signal as viewed in a signal flow direction from a signal input to a processed signal output. The signal processing circuit system includes at least a signal gating section followed by a signal smoothing section followed by a demodulating section in that order and as viewed in the signal flow direction. Thus, smoothing takes place prior to demodulation.

  • Patent number: 4644257
Abstract: The present invention relates to a band gap circuit for providing an integral multiplication of an elementary band gap voltage. The circuit comprises a first transistor having its base connected to its collector via a resistor, a second transistor which is connected at its base to the collector of the first transistor, and a third transistor which is connected at its base to the collector of the second transistor, with the emitters of the three transistors being connected to one pole of a supply source. A fourth transistor is provided in emitter follower configuration and connected between the emitter of the fourth transistor and a connection point, is a series connection comprising at least one resistor and at least one diode.

  • Patent number: 4613823
Abstract: In a multi-stage signal transmitting system whose amplification is electronically adjustable and wherein undesired temperature influence on the amplification is compensated, the amplification adjustment is effected by a stage and the temperature variation compensation via the same stage, which is an amplifier stage, and the temperature variation compensation is independent of the amplifier setting.

  • Patent number: 4422033
Abstract: In a circuit producing an output voltage independent of temperature and comprising first and second pairs of interconnected transistors arranged in parallel circuit branches, the active transistor areas of the transistors within each pair are arranged to be different.

  • Patent number: 4365244
Abstract: An arrangement for displaying images using light emitting diodes comprises two types of modules arranged to form a square matrix with the modules of one diagonal being of the first type and the remaining modules being of the second type, the first type having the same number of horizontal and column lines with each horizontal line connected to only one column line and the remaining crossing points having light emitting diodes connected between the horizontal and column lines and the second type having the same number of horizontal and column lines as the first type and light emitting diodes connected between horizontal and column lines at each crossing point.

  • Patent number: 4319227
Abstract: Digital information transmission system components including at least one unit arranged to transmit signal elements in parallel, at least one unit arranged to receive signal elements in parallel, and a corresponding plurality of signal transmission paths connected between such units to each convey a respective one of the signal elements, in which a unit serving to transmit such signal elements is constructed for selectively creating, in each path, a signal element in the form of a signal state representing either one of two binary values or a signal state different from that representing either such binary value; and a unit serving to receive such signals is constructed for producing a response which distinguishes between the appearance, in each path, of either binary value state or the different state.
