  • Publication number: 20240081590
Abstract: A vacuum-cleaner nozzle has a housing formed with a downwardly open suction mouth on a lower face of the housing and having a front mouth edge and a rear mouth edge. A suction fitting on a rear end of the housing and opening into the housing serves for drawing air in through the mouth. A floor-engaging support rearward of the rear mouth edge is vertically displaceable relative to the housing between upper and lower positions. A spring biases the support into the lower position.

  • Patent number: 10569744
Abstract: The invention relates to a windshield wiper device (100) for a vehicle, having a fastening element (32) and a mounting unit (110) configured to be mounted to the fastening element (32), wherein the mounting unit (110) has a first engagement means (116). The windshield wiper device (100) comprises a wiper blade (2) having a longitudinal extension (8), wherein on the wiper blade side, the wiper blade (2) is provided with a fastening part (120) having a second engagement means (124). The mounting unit (110) and the fastening part (120) on the wiper blade side can be inserted into each other, at least partially, by a movement substantially along the longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (2). The first engagement means (116) and the second engagement means (124) are designed to engage with one another, whenever the mounting unit (110) and the fastening part (120) on the wiper blade side are inserted into each other.

  • Patent number: 8981969
Abstract: The invention relates to an alarm apparatus (1) for a pilot's headset (3) and to a pilot's headset having such an alarm apparatus. The alarm apparatus comprises an attitude sensor (11), which detects its inclination relative to a starting position or the horizontal, and a measuring device (12) for recording a period for which the inclination recorded by the attitude sensor exceeds a stipulated inclination tolerance limit. In addition, the alarm apparatus has a means (13) which is set up to trigger an alarm signal when a recorded period of the inclination tolerance limit being exceeded is longer than a preset maximum period.

  • Publication number: 20110197385
Abstract: In order to reduce the extent of assembly, the invention proposes a wiper system (1) having a wiper drive (3) for driving a wiper linkage (10, 11, 12), wherein the wiper system (1) is connected to the vehicle at three positions, wherein two positions are provided at both wiper bearings (20, 21) for the wiper linkage (10, 11, 12). According to the invention, a plug-in connection (25, 30) is provided on the wiper drive (3) for connecting the wiper system (1) to the vehicle at the third position such that an elongated plug-in element (25), protruding laterally from the wiper drive (3), is provided for supporting forces and torques toward the vehicle coming from the wiper system (1), which engages into a correspondingly configured plug receptacle (30) at the end that is held on the vehicle for the torque-supporting removable connection.
