    Abstract: An RF plug connection system includes a contact part which can preferably be crimped to an RF conductor in an RF cable, an insulating part that holds the contact part, at least one insulation-piercing terminal contact holder which can be disposed on the RF cable and an intermediate housing which holds and preferably guides the insulation-piercing terminal contact holder. The insulation-piercing terminal contact holder has at least one blade which makes contact with an outer conductor of the RF cable when the insulation-piercing terminal contact holder is pressed against the RF cable. An outer housing is fitted over the intermediate housing.

    Abstract: The contact spring has a conventional base spring. A novel detent sleeve is mounted on the base spring. The detent sleeve projects beyond the base spring in the insertion direction and it is formed with a recess or a void in the projecting portion. A detent element inside the housing snaps into the void and locks the detent sleeve and the base spring in the housing.

    Abstract: A lockable plug connector includes a prong strip housing which contains prong contacts and onto which a multichambered bush housing with bush contacts, connected to electric lines, can be plugged and locked by a snap connection, so that the prong contacts are put into electrical contact with the bush contacts. For the sake of attaining a very compact structure, a cover cap is thrust onto the plug contact side of the bush housing, and with this cap a secondary securing of the bush contacts is achieved. An annular wall of the prong strip housing fits over the cover cap completely and terminates at an end surface in an encompassing recess of the bush housing. For sealing purposes, a sealing plate can be disposed inside the bush housing, a sealing ring can be disposed between the prong strip housing and the bush housing, and a sealing ring encompassing the outer wall of the prong strip housing can be provided.

The two blade halves have a broad side, an outer contour and a longitudinal axis. The blade halves are mutually symmetrical about the longitudinal axis with respect to the outer contour. Additionally, the broad side of the two blade halves rest flat against one another in a folded state, whereas the two blade halves are spaced apart from one another along the longitudinal axis in an unfolded state.

The securing slide has a primary detent edge orthogonally to the plugging direction of the plug connector, extending along two long sides of the securing slide and a segmented detent edge extending below the primary edge for secondary securing.

    Abstract: A contact spring includes a base spring including a spring arm base having two ends, two parallel side walls with ends, a connection part extending integrally away from the side walls at one end of the spring arm base, and spring arms extending integrally away from the side walls at the other end of the spring arm base. An overspring is retained on the spring arm base and has a bottom wall spanning the side walls of the spring arm base, and side walls peripherally adjoining the bottom wall, being parallel to the side walls of the spring arm base and extending around the ends of the side walls of the spring arm base. The base spring, in the vicinity of the spring arm base, and the overspring each having a top with at least one shaped tab joined to one of the side walls. One of the shaped tabs is retained by snapping under or underlapping another of the shaped tabs, forming a clamping device for securing the overspring and the base spring against mutual slippage.
