  • Publication number: 20230160168
Abstract: A rotary driver 1 for a helical pile foundation 2 attached to a boom arm 3 of an excavator 5 forming a counter-support is described by means of which the helical pile foundation 2 can be screwed into or out of the ground in a defined direction. The rotary driver 1 is supplied by the excavator 5 with appropriate power, preferably hydraulic power, and is arranged at the front end of the boom arm 3 of the excavator 5. A rotary drive 6 is provided for this purpose at the front end of the boom arm 3 which transmits a drive torque 11 to the helical pile foundation 2, for which purpose a chucking device 7 for the helical pile foundation 2 is provided at the end of the rotary drive 6 facing toward the helical pile foundation 2. An additional counter-support 4 is arranged on the rotary drive 6, on the front end of the boom arm 3, or on the chucking device 7 and is anchored in the ground at the end opposite the area of arrangement.

  • Patent number: 11008725
Abstract: The invention relates to a driving device, in particular a screw foundation driving device, having an anchor with a rotational axis for receiving a driving tool, an outer rotor, which is arranged concentrically to the rotational axis of the anchor and can be rotationally driven by a motor, and an impact device from which an impact energy can be introduced into the anchor. By means of rolling bodies arranged circumferentially on the anchor, the anchor is mounted in the outer rotor in such a way that a relative movement between the anchor and the outer rotor can be executed in the direction of the rotational axis and a torque about the rotational axis can be introduced from the outer rotor to the anchor via the rolling bearings.

  • Patent number: 9188366
Abstract: An erection system for the attachment of solar panels arranged areally adjacent one another and inclined toward the sun. The solar panels are held in rows by a multiplicity of holding members that are fastened to posts anchored in the ground by base members arranged substantially orthogonally with respect to the holding members and which have downwardly open U-profiles. The base members can be connected to the posts via mounting units. Each mounting unit has two clamping shells with semicircular recesses for abutment against the posts and substantially planar abutment surfaces for abutment against the side surfaces of the U-profile. Bores are arranged in the abutment surfaces of the clamping shells and corresponding bores are arranged in the side surfaces of the base member such that the base members can be fixed in a frictionally locking and/or positively locking manner to the posts by screw connections extending through the bores.

  • Publication number: 20140294513
Abstract: A screwing device on a cantilever arm of a construction vehicle for screwing foundation installations into the ground has a suspension, a screw head, and an actuator. The actuator can be pivoted about two axes extending parallel to one another and transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the screw head. The articulation point on the screw head follows the motion of the pivoting lever on the longitudinal axis due to a migration of the articulation point from the longitudinal axis of the screw head occurring due to pivoting of the pivoting lever about the axes while screwing the foundation installation into the ground. The axes extend transverse to the longitudinal direction of the cantilever arm and are supplemented by at least one additional axis supported transversely with respect to said axes. This compensates for a migration of the articulation point in each direction.

  • Patent number: 6820379
Abstract: A method and an apparatus are described for positioning and fixing beams, in particular made from wood, in particular for the construction of ground foundations, by means of at least one ground dowel. The ground dowel receives, in a retaining part, a ground dowel insert part which can be fixed therein and which possesses a retaining means, attached to a baseplate, for determining the position of the beam relative to the ground dowel insert part, the ground dowel insert part being fixed at least adhesively on the pressed-on beam. After the ground dowel, placed at the desired position and provided with the ground dowel insert part, has been adjusted to the desired height, the beam is pressed on to the retaining means in the desired position. The ground dowel insert part is fixed on the removed beam in accordance with the position determined by the retaining means, and the beam thus positioned, with the ground dowel insert part fixed thereon, is inserted into the retaining section of the ground dowel.

  • Publication number: 20020005466
Abstract: The invention relates to a stand for clamping rod-shaped parts, in particular Christmas trees. The stand has a tensioning device and a holding device with a number of holding elements which can be pivoted from a holding position into a release position and are prestressed in the release position by respective springs. At least one force transmission element is provided, which is guided on the holding elements and can be tensioned by means of the tensioning device. The holding elements and/or the force transmission element are/is, at least in a region in which the force transmission element is guided on the holding elements, designed in such a manner that, when relative movement takes place between the holding elements and the force transmission element, the latter slides with reduced friction on the holding elements. The springs are integrated in the respective holding elements, and the holding elements consist of a slidable plastic.
