  • Publication number: 20170343034
Abstract: In a securing element for connecting two parts, in particular for a screw connection, the securing element is ring-shaped. The securing element has an outer profile along the outer diameter and an inner profile along the inner diameter. The outer profile and the inner profile are both formed by a plurality of profile units. The number of profile units of the outer profile and the number of profile units of the inner profile correspond to the number of graduation marks at different scales according to the principle of a vernier scale, the number of profile units of the outer profile differing by at least 1 from the number of profile units of the inner profile. In precisely one position, a profile unit of the outer profile is exactly opposite a profile unit of the inner profile.

  • Patent number: 8635751
Abstract: A clamping system with a clamping nut and a wrench for tightening the clamping nut, wherein the clamping nut includes at least one recess on either the outside edge or the inside edge of the end face of the clamping nut to receive projections of the wrench. The edge opposite the edge with at least one recess is closed. The at least one recess is provided with at least one undercut, which the projections of the wrench can grip from underneath.

  • Patent number: 7448834
Abstract: A tool clamping device has a spindle insert (10) and an adapter (12) between the spindle insert (10) and a toolholder (14). The adapter (12) can be pushed axially along the longitudinal axis (16) of the device into the holder (18) of the spindle insert (10), and can be fixed by a fastener (20). In addition to the fastener (20), between the spindle insert (10) and adapter (12), a torque transmission (22) establishes a positive connection between the spindle insert (10) and adapter (12). In this way, the fastener (20) is relieved of stresses and loads.

  • Publication number: 20070206998
Abstract: The invention relates to a tool clamping device, with a spindle insert (10) and an adapter (12) between the spindle insert (10) and a toolholder (14), and the adapter (12) can be pushed axially to the longitudinal axis (16) of the device into the holder (18) of the spindle insert (10) and can be fixed by a fastening means (20). Because in addition to the fastening means (20), between the spindle insert (10) and adapter (12) there is a torque transmission means (22) which establishes a positive connection between the spindle insert (10) and adapter (12), in this way the actual fastening means is relieved of stresses and loads.

  • Publication number: 20010022118
Abstract: A tightening nut for a collet, which is tightenable by a key, has a nut body with two end sides, a plurality of depressions provided on at least one of the end sides of the nut body for receiving correspondingly shaped pins arranged on the key, the depressions being formed as grooves with a dovetail-shaped cross-section, so that pins of the key which have a shape corresponding to the dovetail-shaped cross-section of the grooves are insertable in the grooves, the grooves having an opening width adapted to be greater than a maximum width of the pins.
