  • Publication number: 20160085923
Abstract: A method and system for identifying a potential allergen/irritant from prepared food via the Internet. The allergens/irritants are selected by a user at a client system and transmitted to a server system. The server system receives (from mobile device and guest-user) or retrieves (from registered user) information including location, identification, and dietary restriction. The server system queries the restrictions against an ingredient database to determine required elimination or possible substitution. Considering received/retrieved data and server-generated parameters, the server system generates and returns customized suggestions to user.
