The soluble beverage ingredient includes a flavor ingredient is formed at the core portion and an essential ingredient is formed at the shell portion, wherein the flavor and essential portion are pre-set in a predetermined proportion, so that the beverage brick is dissolved into water to form a beverage product. Therefore, all essential ingredient and flavor ingredient are formed in a single solid brick unit for enhancing the preparation of the beverage product by simply dissolving the solid brick unit into water.
