Abstract: Disclosed is a sealing composition for treating a metal substrate comprising: a polyolefin component; and a colloidal layered silicate. Also disclosed is a system for treating a metal substrate comprising: a cleaner composition; and/or a pretreatment composition for treating at least a portion of the substrate, the pretreatment composition comprising a Group IVB metal; and a sealing composition for treating at least a portion of the substrate treated with the cleaner composition and/or the pretreated composition, the sealing composition comprising a polyolefin component. Also disclosed is a method of treating a substrate comprising contacting at least a portion of a surface of the substrate with any of the compositions disclosed herein or any of the systems disclosed herein.

Abstract: A scoop is formed in traditional manner with a head having a blade at one end, and a handle having a proximal end extending from the head. A bag dispenser is associated with the distal end of the handle. A plurality of bags, such as a roll of bags detachably connected to one another, are disposed within the bag dispenser for selective and individual removal from a dispensing window thereof. Preferably, the bag dispenser is integrally formed with the handle.

Abstract: A leash assembly includes a retractable leash in combination with a pet refuse bag dispenser. The bag dispenser underlies a handle of the leash and includes a lid for permitting access to an inner cavity in which a plurality of bags are disposed. The bag dispenser is either integrally formed with the leash handle, or removably connected to a base of the handle. The plastic bags are disposed within the inner cavity such that the bags may be individually removed through a window provided in a side wall of the bag dispenser. The plastic bags are wound about a tubular axle that has circular flanges at opposite ends such that the roll of bags may rotate within the bag dispenser.

Abstract: A leash assembly includes a retractable leash in combination with a pet refuse bag dispenser. The bag dispenser underlies a handle of the leash and includes a lid for permitting access to an inner cavity in which a plurality of bags are disposed. The bag dispenser is either integrally formed with the leash handle, or removably connected to a base of the handle. The plastic bags are disposed within the inner cavity such that the bags may be individually removed. The plastic bags may be selectively removed through a window provided in a side wall of the bag dispenser. The plastic bags may also be removed through a lid having slits through a flexible membrane. Alternatively, a cartridge containing the folded bags is inserted into the bag dispenser and either includes a window which substantially aligns with the bag dispenser window for access to the plastic bags, or a tear away tab for the removal of the bags through an open end of the bag dispenser.

Abstract: A pet refuse bag dispenser attachable to a leash provides a device for conveniently carrying a roll of plastic bags when exercising one's pet. The dispenser includes a housing which defines an inner cavity and has an aperture therethrough which permits access to the inner cavity. The roll of plastic bags is disposed within the inner cavity such that the bags may be individually removed therefrom through the housing aperture. The plastic bags are wound about a tubular axle which is positioned centrally within the inner cavity of the housing such that the tubular axle, and thus the roll of plastic bags, may rotate therein. In one embodiment, the housing is formed of a cylindrical base into which the roll of bags is inserted, and a removable lid which encloses an open end of the cylindrical base. In another embodiment, the housing includes a blister pack affixed to a backing so as to capture the roll of plastic bags therebetween.
