  • Patent number: 6814244
Abstract: A ramped latch closure system for securing a gate frame to a stationary frame assembly. The system includes a sill bracket and a pin assembly. The sill bracket includes a pin receptacle having an opening disposed at a first elevation for vertically receiving a pin, a first ramp extending from a second elevation to a third elevation, and a second ramp extending from a fourth elevation to a fifth elevation. The first ramp is vertically inclined toward the pin receptacle for gradually guiding a pin theretoward. At least one of the fourth and fifth elevations is separated from the first elevation in one vertical direction and the third elevation is separated from the first elevation in the opposite vertical direction. The pin assembly includes a pin and a spring for biasing the pin toward the pin receptacle.

  • Patent number: 6613981
Abstract: A pivotable cable ring management system for moveably supporting wires on a stationary support structure, the wire management system comprising a mounting member pivotably attachable to a stationary support structure and at least one retention bracket extending from the mounting member, the retention bracket including a substantially circularly-shaped cable ring having two oppositely-facing open sides for accommodating the routing of wires therethrough, a base portion including at least one planar surface for mounting the cable retention bracket to the support structure, and at least one ring section, which includes an inner surface for facing the wires and for making contact therewith, for retaining wires, wherein at least part of the inner surface is convexly curved from one open side of the retention bracket to the other.

  • Patent number: 5479711
Abstract: The housing of the reciprocating saw includes rectilinear guide bars mounting a drive block for reciprocating movement by the motor of the power tool. The drive block has a recess defining arcuate cam surfaces. A blade clamp has a cam follower engaging the arcuate cam surfaces of the drive block. When the blade engages the work, relative movement between the cam follower and the arcuate cam surfaces on the drive block causes orbital movement to be imparted to the working end of the saw blade. Means are provided for clamping the blade holder to the drive block in two different positions. This clamping deactivates the orbital mechanism and permits the blade to be locked in two different cant positions relative to the axis of reciprocation of the drive block.
