  • Patent number: 10074837
Abstract: A technology for a wireless transfer station that is operable to detect interference during a wireless transfer of energy or data between wireless transfer stations. A transfer load on a wireless transfer coil of a wireless transfer station can be monitored during a wireless transfer of energy or data from the wireless transfer station to another wireless transfer station. A change in the transfer load that exceeds a threshold value can be detected. The wireless transfer of energy or data by the wireless transfer station can be adjusted using the wireless transfer coil based on the detected change in the transfer load.

  • Publication number: 20180248413
Abstract: A technology is discussed for a wireless transfer station that is operable to communicate management information. Measurement information can be received from one or more other wireless transfer stations. The measurement information can be aggregated from the one or more other wireless transfer stations. The measurement information can be analyzed to determine a status of the one or more wireless transfer stations using the aggregated energy measurement information.

  • Patent number: 9666915
Abstract: A technology for a wireless transfer station that is operable to wirelessly provide energy to other wireless transfer stations. A wireless transfer request can be received from one or more of the other wireless transfer stations to receive wireless energy from the wireless transfer station. A transferring of wireless energy to the one or more of the other wireless transfer stations can be prioritized using selected energy transfer priority criteria. Wireless energy can be provided to the one or more of the other wireless transfer stations based on the prioritization.

  • Publication number: 20160302210
Abstract: A method and apparatus for receiving, by a processing device of a communication hub, communication data from a source device over a first channel of a plurality of wireless communication channels. The hub authorizes the source device in view of at least one of an indication that the source device is within a specified distance from the hub or an indication that the source device is predefined as an approved device. The hub determines whether to re-transmit the data to a destination device over a second channel. The data is not re-transmitted when the data includes a specified level of corrupted data or the source device is unauthorized. The hub transforms the data from a first format to a second format corresponding to the second channel.

  • Patent number: 9414104
Abstract: A method of optimizing bandwidth of a wireless link between a display device and an image data player. The display device is configured with one or more features that affect its bandwidth capacity. This configuration results in one or more “bandwidth reduction parameters”. The display device is programmed to communicate these parameters to the player via the wireless link, so that the player can deliver device-specific image data to the display device.

  • Publication number: 20150365135
Abstract: A technology is discussed for a wireless transfer station that is operable to authenticating a wireless transfer. A wireless transfer station identification (ID) message can be received from another wireless transfer station. The wireless transfer station ID message can be authenticated to determine a permission level of the other wireless transfer station. Wireless energy or data can be provided to the other wireless transfer station based on the permission level of the other wireless transfer station using a wireless transfer coil of the wireless transfer station.
