The clip is bendable into a shaped configuration. In the shaped configuration the first end of the clip is positioned next to the second end of the clip, the first end of the clip being substantially parallel to the second end of the clip, the first end of the clip and the second end of the clip defining an internal space between the first end of the clip and the second end of the clip. The clip is placed over the waist band of a user's pants to prevent portions of the waist band from rubbing on the underside of a user's shirt.
