Abstract: A towel for athletic activities is disclosed. The towel comprises an inner layer made out of a moisture absorbing material secured on a bicep of an athlete and an outer layer made out of a flexible moisture absorbing material affixed to the inner layer. An opening defined between the inner and outer layers permits inserting a hand, stretching the outer layer and using it to wipe sweat off of the forehead and other parts of the body.
