    Abstract: A single crystal pulling apparatus (1) has a quartz crucible (2) for accommodating silicon melt (3), a graphite crucible (4) for retaining the quartz crucible (2), a tray (5) for securing and holding the graphite crucible (4) from below, and a crucible rotating shaft (6) for supporting the tray (5) from below and for elevating and lowering the tray (5) and the crucibles (2), (4) while rotating them. A low heat conductive member (10) is interposed on a joint surface between the tray (5) and the crucible rotating shaft (6). The low heat conductive member (10) is formed in a substantially tubular shape, and is interposed in such a manner that a protruding portion of the crucible rotating shaft (6) is inserted through a center hole of the low heat conductive member (10). Thereby, a gap portion (11) is formed below a bottom portion of the tray (5).

    Abstract: A carbon crucible (1) has a structure including a straight trunk portion (9) and a tray portion (10) vertically separated from each other. The straight trunk portion (9) is made of a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material and the tray portion (10) is made of graphite. An upper end face of the tray portion (9) is provided with a step portion (11) having an outer circumference-side region that is higher relative to an inner circumference-side region thereof. The straight trunk portion (9) is fitted to the step portion (11), and in the straight trunk portion (9) and the step portion (9) that are fitted to each other, a gap is provided between an inner circumferential surface (11a) of the step portion (11) and an outer circumferential surface (9a) of the straight trunk portion (9). The gap is preferably from 0.1% to 1.0% of the diameter of the straight trunk portion.

Moreover, the detection region is expanded/shrunk according to key arrangement and a number of keys to be displayed. In a fluidized-bed incinerator (5), a method of controlling combustion of the fluidized-bed incinerator comprises measuring a supply rate of incineration waste by a supply rate measuring unit (11) using a photoelectric element (1) arranged on a shoot (2) for supplying incineration waste (3) from a dust feeder (4) to the incinerator (5), and when the supply rate of incineration waste is higher than a predetermined value, decreasing a supply rate of incineration waste of the dust feeder 4 to suppress a combusting operation, increasing an induced gas rate of an exhaust gas induced blower (9) of the incinerator to suppress an increase in an incinerator internal pressure decreasing a flow rate of fluidizing air of a forcing blower (7) to suppress a combusting operation, or increasing a flow rate of a blower (8) for supplying air to a free board portion to prevent production of an unburnt gas.
