The sealing device includes: a first seal portion which is a resin annular plate or film and is to be closely contacted with the outer surface of the valve body; and a cylindrical second seal portion which is formed from a material more flexible than that of the first seal portion, contacts the inner outer surface of the tube, and prevents the fluid from leaking from the tube. The first seal portion and the second seal portion are integrally joined. The thread groove has an inner peripheral side inclined surface as a part of an inner surface thereof, and an angle formed between an inner peripheral surface of a leading end portion of the seal lip and the inner peripheral side inclined surface is set to a range of 0 degree±3 degrees.
