Abstract: Managing access control lists (ACLs) across replicated data repositories can include selecting, from a first data processing system, a controlled object and an ACL object bound to the controlled object, wherein the first data processing system is associated with a first user identity space, and creating, using a processor, a replicated version of the controlled object within a second data processing system associated with a second user identity space, wherein the second user identity space is different from the first user identity space. Managing ACLs further includes, creating, using the processor, a replicated version of the ACL object within the second data processing system and substituting, within the replicated version of the ACL object, an identity from the first user identity space with a selected identity from the second user identity space.

Abstract: A computer identifies editable text fields within a file and extracts the contents, if any, from the identified editable text fields. The computer identifies one or more tags associated with the extracted content and stores the extracted content in association with the identified tag. The computer then determines, when displaying the editable text fields on a device, whether to replace the extracted content with one or more selectable tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content. Based on determining to replace the extracted content with tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content, the computer displays selectable tiles corresponding to the tags associated with the extracted content instead of displaying the content itself. Responsive to receiving user input from a user selecting a tile, the computer displays the content associated with the tag corresponding to the selected tile.

Abstract: The present invention improves application of a style to a view object when a document for a Web page to be edited is edited on a browser-type edit screen. First, a view object is detected from a managed document. Then, a direct style directly described in the managed document and an indirect style identified only by referring to an external document are collected. A browser-type edit screen is generated in which the direct and indirect styles are applied to each view object. The content of the managed document is synchronized with the edited content on the browser-type edit screen based on the editing operations on the browser-type edit screen.
