  • Publication number: 20210340976
Abstract: Provided is a variable-capacity compressor control valve that can effectively reduce sliding resistance while preventing Pd-Ps leakage and the inclination of a valve element, thus increasing controllability and operation stability, and can also avoid operation failures or troubles caused by foreign matter. A sliding portion of a main valve element that is slidably fitted and inserted into a guide hole provided in a valve body includes an upper small-clearance portion and a lower small-clearance portion in the opposite ends in a vertical direction thereof and a large-clearance portion between the upper small-clearance portion and the lower small-clearance portion. The upper small-clearance portion and the lower small-clearance portion each has a diameter Dx and a vertical length that is equal to or larger than a predetermined length. The large-clearance portion has a diameter Dy that is smaller than the Dx and a vertical length of 1 mm or larger.

  • Publication number: 20210048009
Abstract: A variable-capacity compressor control valve that can efficiently cancel the influence of the refrigerant pressure acting on a main valve element and avoid increase in complexity of the structure and size of the control valve is provided. A pressure equalizing passage is provided which is adapted to guide a suction pressure Ps acting on the upper end of a main valve element to a Ps introduction chamber provided at the lower end of the main valve element so that the suction pressure Ps acts on the lower end of the main valve element. When an electromagnetic actuator or a solenoid portion thereof is not supplied with current i.e., when a valve orifice is fully open, the introduction of a pressure Pc in a crank chamber from Pc inlet/outlet ports into the Ps introduction chamber is stopped, and the suction pressure Ps is introduced into the Ps introduction chamber via the pressure equalizing passage so that the suction pressure Ps acts on the upper and lower ends of the main valve element.

  • Patent number: 10578087
Abstract: Provided is a variable-capacity compressor control valve that can suppress a decrease in the efficiency by reducing the amount of leakage in the valve without requiring severe accuracy of the components, avoid possible operation failures, and suppress the influence on the sliding resistance as well as the influence on the control characteristics. A main valve element of a valve element or a valve body is provided with a flexible or elastic sealing member. • Publication number: 20180372129
Abstract: Provided is a pilot type solenoid valve (100) providing a good operation even within a wide temperature specification range. The A pilot type solenoid valve (100) is configured such that a main valve body (40) made of aluminum is slidably housed in a suction element (80) made of a magnetic material. Then, an alumite treatment layer is formed on a sliding surface in the main valve body (40) along which the suction element (80) slides by applying an alumite treatment to the sliding surface. Thereby, a linear expansion coefficient of the main valve body (40) is brought close to a linear expansion coefficient of the suction element (80).
