The viewing angle of the RGB tri-color LED may be greater than the field angle of the camera, and a lens may be arranged in front of emitting portion(s) of the RGB tri-color LED so as to cause illuminance to be uniform within the field angle of the camera. The RGB tri-color LED may also serve as an indicator of telephone functions.
