Abstract: There is provided a mobile communication device having a function capable of releasing lock on an IC card function by an authentication key other then a PIN if the IC card function is locked by a PIN authentication error in a mobile phone having a contactless IC card built in. When a PIN is locked in a mobile phone 1 having a contactless IC card built in, an IC application 11 is started up to transmit a second password other than a PIN to an authentication server 3. The authentication server 3 compares the second password received from the mobile phone 1 with another second password stored in a database 31. If both second passwords agree with each other, a PIN lock release command is transmitted to the mobile phone 1. Further, the mobile phone 1 switches the lock flag of the contactless IC card 13 to OFF from ON by the command received. The PIN lock of the IC card function is thereby released.

Abstract: A certifying system for checking validity of a radio tag passing through a predetermined route includes a route information writing section that writes information relating to a route passed by the radio tag on the radio tag, a route information acquisition section that acquires information relating to the route written on the radio tag by the route information writing section, a storage section that stores information relating to a regular route preset corresponding to the ID of the radio tag, and a certifying section that checks the validity based on the information relating to the route written on the radio tag acquired by the route information acquisition section and the information relating to the regular route stored in the storage section.

Abstract: A manufacturer of an article generates a keyword, and electromagnetically writes the keyword into an RFID and prints the keyword on a guarantee card. The RFID tag is then affixed to the article, and the article is packed along with the guarantee card and shipped. When making a sale, a retail store hands over the guarantee card to a customer who buys the article. When the customer wishes to sell the article, a purchasing store reads the keyword written to the RFID tag affixed to the article and asks the customer to furnish the keyword. If the keyword furnished by the customer, by referring to the guarantee card, etc., is identical to the keyword read from the RFID tag, the customer is deemed a genuine owner of the article.

Abstract: The invention provides an oil hydraulic pump wherein a suction connector can be attached readily to a body using a single bolt. Annular stepped portions direction reversely to each other are formed on a suction port of the body and a flange portion and an insertion projection of the suction connector, respectively, such that, when the insertion projection is inserted into the suction port, the annular stepped portions cooperate to form an annular seal groove. The annular seal groove has a pair of side faces opposing to each other in a direction perpendicular, and extending in parallel, to an axial line of the seal groove and serving as interference acting faces. The resilient force by the interference of the seal fitted in the seal groove acts only upon the interface acting faces.
