A plurality of output terminals (first, third, fifth, . . . (i+1)th, and (n?1)th) are included on a first side of the display driver IC facing the signal input terminal electrodes. A second side on an opposite side of the first side faces the signal input terminal electrodes. Input terminals 22 are included in at least one segment of the second side, and output terminals (second, fourth, sixth, ith, jth, (j+2)th, (n?2)th, and nth) are included in at least one portion of the remaining segment of the second side.
