Publication number: 20140332035Abstract: When an object to be cleaned is vapor cleaned in the prior art, a tubular cleaning tube is arranged on the top face of the cover plate, at the outer periphery of the outlet, so that the cleaning vapor can accumulate, allowing very little pushing out the air in the working chamber. In the present invention, an outlet is provided in a cover plate through which cleaning vapor flows out into an ordinary pressure working chamber thereabove; condensation of this outflowing cleaning vapor at a low position in the ordinary pressure working chamber is made possible by a condensation unit; and a tubular cleaning tube is arranged at the outer periphery of the outlet on the top face of a cover plate, whereby the cleaning vapor rises up in the cleaning tube so that an object to be cleaned can be vapor cleaned by receiving it in this cleaning tube.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 27, 2012Publication date: November 13, 2014Applicant: JAPAN FIELD CO., LTD.Inventors: Masatoshi Uchino, Masahide Uchino

Publication number: 20140102490Abstract: [Problem] Since a working chamber for performing an operation of washing an object to be washed is provided so as to move vertically in a washing tank and be separated from the washing tank and airtightly shut off, a minimal space required for an operation of washing the object to be washed such as drying under reduced pressure can be provided, and drying under reduced pressure can be efficiently performed in the presence of washing liquid or washing vapor in the washing tank without unnecessary burden on a reduced pressure system. [Solution] A pressure-resistant working chamber 2 which can move vertically in a washing tank 1, has an opening part 22 capable of opening and closing on the side face in a direction of vertical movement, and loads an object 12 to be washed is provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2012Publication date: April 17, 2014Applicant: JAPAN FIELD CO., LTD.Inventor: Masahide Uchino

Patent number: 7799214Abstract: A filtration device for a surface treatment liquid, in which deposited precipitates can be quickly transferred regardless of the magnitude of the diameter, material, and the like, of particles contained in a used surface treatment liquid. Further, the precipitates are not influenced by the flow caused by the transfer, so that such a situation that the deposited precipitates rise to flow into a surface treatment tank can be prevented.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2005Date of Patent: September 21, 2010Assignee: Japan Field Co., Ltd.Inventor: Masahide Uchino

Publication number: 20070215177Abstract: A cleaning operation is repeatedly performed by constantly cleaning an object to be cleaned by a cleaning mechanism. When the cleaning operation from an initial step to completion can be performed with one type of cleaning solution, the same cleaning effects as those obtained when a plurality of cleaning tanks are used can be obtained on the object to be cleaned by using a single cleaning tank. A storing body can store an object to be cleaned. A cleaning solution can be stored in the storing body under the condition where the storing body is placed on a working table. The cleaning solution can be discharged when the storing body shifts its position from a placing part.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 27, 2005Publication date: September 20, 2007Inventor: Masahide Uchino

Patent number: 5881747Abstract: Two vats are arranged vertically within an occupied area for a single vat, and any of the upper and lower vats can implement washing works at the same time. The upper and lower vats are used simultaneously according to the object of washing, enabling the apparatus to implement quick washing works of articles to be washed within the compact space. An upper vat (15) capable of containing the articles (12) is formed above the lower vat (10) capable of containing the articles (12). A loading and unloading space (14) for articles (12) is formed between the upper and lower vats (15), (10). This apparatus is formed with a lower vertical mover (19) for loading and unloading the articles (12) in and out of the lower vat (10) and an upper vertical mover (18) for loading and unloading the articles (12) in and out of the upper vat (15). The articles (12) are contained in the upper and lower vats (15), (10) at the same time, thereby enabling the apparatus to implement washing related works at the same time.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 1997Date of Patent: March 16, 1999Assignee: Japan Field Co., Ltd.Inventor: Masahide Uchino

Patent number: 5823210Abstract: A part subjected to cleaning is cleaned or rinsed with a cleaning agent or rinsing agent having a nonaqueous type solvent or a hydrophilic solvent as a main component thereof. Then the cleaning agent or rinsing agent adhering to the cleaned or rinsed part subjected to cleaning is removed with a cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent. The part is subsequently dried. Otherwise, after the part subjected to cleaning has been cleaned with an aqueous type solvent or wash with water, the part is cleaned and dried with a cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent. The cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent can be used for cleaning or rinsing the part subjected to cleaning.Type: GrantFiled: May 31, 1995Date of Patent: October 20, 1998Assignee: Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.Inventors: Minoru Inada, Yasutaka Imajo, Masahide Uchino

Patent number: 5499642Abstract: A washing apparatus capable of easily performing washing work of varied types for electronic parts, mechanical parts and medical supplies. In an external bath(1), a vertically movable table(10) for articles to be washed is provided and a covering member(13) is disposed upwardly of the table(10). The articles to be cleaned are tightly sealed by the covering member(13), whereby a washing chamber(14) is formed in the external bath(1). Since the washing chamber(14) is tightly sealed by the covering member(13), incombustible gas is filled up in the external bath(1) when a combustible solvent is used, thus preventing ignition. When vapor washing is performed, the washing can be performed with low energy by use of a heating device provided in the external bath(1). Washing solutions of different types can be used in the external bath(1) and the washing chamber(14).Type: GrantFiled: June 7, 1995Date of Patent: March 19, 1996Assignee: Japan Field Co., Ltd.Inventor: Masahide Uchino

Patent number: 5311891Abstract: A solvent recovering system capable of recovering the solvent wetting solvent-cleaned articles, such as machine parts, electronic parts or medical instruments, without releasing the solvent into the atmosphere. A solvent vapor processing unit is connected by circulation passages to a closed chamber for accommodating solvent-cleaned articles. The vapor of the solvent evaporated from the solvent-cleaned articles is circulated through the closed chamber and the solvent vapor processing unit to subject the vapor repeatedly to adsorption or condensation to recover the solvent perfectly so that the solvent may not be released into the atmosphere to prevent air pollution and harm on health.Type: GrantFiled: January 17, 1992Date of Patent: May 17, 1994Assignee: Japan Field Company, Ltd.Inventor: Masahide Uchino
