Abstract: A multi-disk player system including a housing, a playing mechanism provided within the housing, a magazine that is capable of accommodating a plurality of disks in an orderly manner and which is provided detachably with respect to the housing, a magazine loading detector for detecting the loading of said magazine within the housing, and a disk pickup and transport device that selects a desired disk from the magazine and transports the same to the play position. The magazine loading detector is comprised of a pair of push levers that are positioned in the deepest magazine loading area and are in engagement with the magazine, a pair of sensor switches capable of engaging with the push levers. The push levers are spaced apart from each other by the distance corresponding to the thick portion of the magazine. The system may include a disk container comprising a plurality of trays on which disks are to be placed, and the magazine for accommodating the trays.

Abstract: Provided is a numerical control method in an apparatus having a C-axis control function for numerically controlling a spindle in the direction of rotation. The method includes providing a first G-code word (Gg1) for achieving agreement between axis control characteristic values of a C-axis motor control system and axis control characteristic values of a feed-axis motor control system, as well as a second G-code word (Gg2) for restoring axis control characteristic values changed by the first G-code word to original values, making spindle control characteristic values agree by commanding the first G-code word before controlling the C axis at the same time as the feed axis, and restoring to original values the spindle control characteristic values changed by the first G-code word by commanding the second G-code word after simultaneous control of the C axis and feed axis ends.

Abstract: Disclosed is a disk holder adapted to be inserted and fitted into a loading means of a disk player. The disk holder supplys a disk to the disk player in response to the operation of the player. The disk holder includes a housing for holding a plurality of disks, a plurality of plate-shape trays each loading each of the disks on each principal face thereof. Each of the trays is provided ejectable from the retractable in the housing along the principal face. The disk holder further includes flexible members positioned confronting with each of the disk loading face and projecting from the principal face of neighboring tray.
