  • Publication number: 20040175540
Abstract: In an incombustible duct hose, a cloth material with a predetermined width is spirally wound to form a cylindrical shape, and a metal strip-like material caulks adjacent side edge portions of the spirally-wound cloth material to connect them. The cloth material is fabricated in a gas impermeable state by coating a silicone at least on one surface of a silica cloth sheet so that a texture of the silica cloth sheet is clogged by the coated silicone. The silicone is subjected to a fire retardant treatment by mixing a flame retardant.

  • Patent number: 6659136
Abstract: A flexible hose having air-permeability is formed by either: sandwiching an air-permeable tape between tape end edge portions, as leading and trailing in a hose longitudinal direction, of a soft resin tape that is helically wound integrally with the air-permeable tape; or by helically winding only an air-permeable tape. The flexible hose can be properly used as a cleaner hose of a discharge circulation type by using it as an outer tube of a double tube structure. By providing lubricating properties to an inner circumference of the outer tube or an outer circumference of the inner tube, it is possible to prevent wear which might otherwise be caused by rubbing contact between the inner tube and outer tube.

  • Publication number: 20030165673
Abstract: An excellent laminate applicable to various uses capable of overcoming drawbacks of a foamed polyethylene resin such as weak wear resistance and weak strength, by effectively covering the surface of the foamed polyethylene resin, in which a resin layer containing a graft copolymer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a vinyl chloride resin is laminated to a foamed polyethylene resin, and a resin layer containing a graft copolymer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a vinyl chloride resin is interposed between the foamed polyethylene resin layer and the vinyl chloride resin layer.

  • Publication number: 20010017164
Abstract: A flexible hose having an air-permeability and formed either: by sandwiching an air-permeable tape between the tape end edge portions, as leading and trailing in the hose longitudinal direction, of a soft resin tape to be helically wound, and by winding the air-permeable tape integrally with the soft resin tape; or by winding only the air-permeable tape helically. Especially, the air-permeable flexible hose can be properly used as a cleaner hose of the discharge circulation type by using it as an outer tube of a double tube. By giving lubricating properties to the inner circumference of the outer tube or the outer circumference of the inner tube, on the other hand, it is possible to prevent the wear which might otherwise be caused by the rubbing contact.
