Publication number: 20210328480Abstract: A motor oil-cooling structure for cooling, with oil, coils wound around split stator cores of a motor includes injection holes arranged in a circumferential direction of the split stator cores. The motor includes a motor case, a rotor rotatably supported by the motor case, and a stator including the split stator cores fixed to the motor case and arranged along a cylindrical outer periphery of the rotor. Each of the injection holes is structured to inject oil toward a corresponding one of coil gaps each of which is formed between two of the split stator cores adjacent to each other. Furthermore, each of the injection holes is structured to inject oil in a direction inclined by a circumferential inclination angle with respect to a direction of a motor axis, wherein oil injected to the coil gaps in the direction of the motor axis passes straight through the coil gaps.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2019Publication date: October 21, 2021Applicant: JATCO LtdInventor: Masahiro KOSAKA

Patent number: 9523397Abstract: A breather structure is provided with: a communication passage which communicates a cylinder oil chamber with the atmosphere; and a stem which is disposed in the communication passage. A stem receiving section is formed in the side of the connection passage on the side of the cylinder oil chamber, the stem receiving section allowing the stem to be disposed inside with a clearance which allows air to be discharged from the cylinder oil chamber while maintaining the hydraulic pressure within the cylinder oil chamber. An air discharge section opened to the atmosphere is formed on the side of the atmosphere in the connection passage. Also, a pit section which releases the clearance to the air discharge section and a restricting section which restricts the movement of the stem toward the air discharge section are respectively formed in the inner peripheral surface of the communication passage.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2013Date of Patent: December 20, 2016Assignee: NISSAN MOTOR CO., LTD.Inventors: Hiroki Uehara, Hideki Fujisawa, Masahiro Kosaka

Publication number: 20100142541Abstract: A media gateway is configured to include a subscriber loop interface circuit, and TDM data-IP packet convert modules #0 and #1 having a redundant configuration and connected to an Internet protocol network via routers. The TDM data-IP packet convert modules #0 and #1 have a function of conducting communication of communication information, a synchronize signal, and IP packet data received from the Internet protocol network, between their active system and standby system. In system changeover, the TDM data-IP packet convert module #0 functioning as the active system transmits the IP packet data received from the Internet protocol network, to the block #1 functioning as the standby system, and both systems execute IP packet data communication synchronously. When IP packet data communication of the standby system is ensured, the standby system and the active system are changed over to vice versa.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2009Publication date: June 10, 2010Inventors: Yusuke MURASE, Mitsuhiro Yamaguchi, Takeshi Kawamoto, Toshiyuki Matsuda, Yusuke Honda, Masahiro Kosaka

Patent number: 4563731Abstract: A resonant type constant voltage supply apparatus has a LC series resonance circuit. Energy stored in both a resonance capacitor and a resonance inductor is directly transferred to the output or input terminal of the apparatus. A control transformer is provided in parallel with the resonance capacitor for deriving the energy stored in the resonance capacitor. The amount of the energy stored in the resonance capacitor can be controlled by changing the switching frequency of the apparatus or the inductance of the control transformer, so as to thereby control the amount of energy transferred to the output or input terminal of the apparatus and thereby stabilize the output voltage of the apparatus.Type: GrantFiled: January 4, 1983Date of Patent: January 7, 1986Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshiaki Sato, Mikio Maeda, Masahiro Kosaka

Patent number: 4424556Abstract: A self-oscillating DC to DC converter which includes either two or four transistors, three transformers (a converting transformer, a driving transformer and a current transformer) and an inductance. The operating frequency of the converter is fixed by the saturation time of the driving transformer. The base currents of the transistors are mainly supplied by the current transformer so as to be in proportion to the collector currents of the transistors. The operating frequency of the converter is kept constant in spite of load fluctuations. The inductance which is connected in series between a winding of the converting transformer and a winding of the driving transformer. The inductance prevents the two or four transistors from being `on` simultaneously.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 1981Date of Patent: January 3, 1984Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Mikio Maeda, Masahiro Kosaka, Katsuhiko Higashiyama
