    Abstract: A driving force control system for a hybrid vehicle configured to prevent an increase in emission while achieving a required driving force in a condition where an accumulation of particulate matter on a particulate filter is small. A controller is configured to set a threshold level of an SOC level of a battery to shift from a motor mode to a hybrid mode to a higher level and set an upper limit power of an engine in the hybrid mode to a lower power, in a situation where the amount of particulate matter accumulated in a GPF is equal to or smaller than a predetermined amount.
