  • Publication number: 20060148925
Abstract: A photosensitive resin which exhibits excellent storage stability, affinity, miscibility, or solubility with respect to a variety of compounds, and high sensitivity can be solidified even under hydrous conditions as well as exhibiting high cure-related sensitivity and high flexibility and being uniformly solidified even under highly hydrous conditions, a photosensitive resin composition containing the resin, and a novel compound. The photosensitive resin is a saponified poly(vinyl acetate)-based photosensitive resin having a structural unit represented by formula (1): (wherein R1 represents H or Me; R2 represents a linear or branched C2-C10 alkylene group; n is an integer of 1 to 3; X represents m is an integer of 0 to 6; and Y represents an aromatic ring or a single bond).

  • Patent number: 6991634
Abstract: A forceps of endoscope comprises a clip that is provided with at least three arms and a base end portion. The arms are connected to the base end portion. Each of the arms has an open-close deforming portion located close to the base end portion. A core member is provided inside the clip to be in contact with an inner surface of the open-close deforming portion at least when the arms are open. A clip open-close ring is operated by remote control performed from the base end of the sheath. The clip open-close member is engaged with the open-close deforming portion to open and close the arms with a substantially equivalent angular interval and so as to prevent each of the arms from crossing each other.

  • Patent number: 6797452
Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition which includes a photosensitive saponified PVA having a pendant group derived from a quaternary styrylpyridinium or styrylquinolinium, or a derivative thereof. The composition comprises a photosensitive saponified PVA which has structural units represented by formulas (1) to (4): which product is dissolved in at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by formulas (5), (6), and (7). The resin composition can be dissolved in a comparatively safe high-boiling-point solvent, such as propylene glycol, and can be developed with water.

  • Patent number: 6582357
Abstract: A treating instrument erecting device for use in an endoscope includes a treating instrument erecting member for changing the direction of projection of the distal end portion of a treating instrument inserted in a treating instrument inserting channel. The treating instrument erecting member is provided at the distal end of an insert part of the endoscope. A control wire for operating the treating instrument erecting member is axially movably inserted in a wire guide provided in the insert part to extend over the entire length of the insert part. A wire driving member for advancing or retracting the control wire is provided in a control part connected to the proximal end of the insert part. The control wire and the wire driving member are electrically isolated from each other.

  • Patent number: 5996046
Abstract: In a computer system having a host system including a plurality of disk devices, a CPU, a main memory and a disk control circuit for controlling the disk devices, a host CPU executes a program unit to generate intermediate data for parity generation and holds it in a data holding unit to asynchronously conduct a data write process and a parity write process. A unit for generating parity and a unit for transferring data operate without the intervention of the CPU in accordance with a command issued by the program unit executed by the host CPU.

  • Patent number: 5130991
Abstract: In a CRC computation system, when 1-byte data is established on one of two buses, the 1-byte data is selected for a 1-byte-wise CRC computation, and when 1-byte data are established on both of the two buses, the 2-byte data are selected for a 2-byte-wise CRC computation. Either 1-byte data or 2-byte data as a result of the CRC computation is selected in accordance with a data selecting signal and held in accordance with a data holding signal.
