  • Patent number: 9669504
Abstract: A workpiece machining jig includes: a base member of an H cross-sectional shape integrally having two vertical flanges and a web having an interior hollow portion and extending horizontally to connect between the vertical flanges; first and second pallets fixed to the opposite surfaces of the web for placing thereon four workpieces, two workpieces on each of the pallets, in a horizontal posture. Each of the pallets has a pallet-side communication hole communicating to the hollow portion, and each of the flanges has a flange-side communication hole communicating to the hollow portion. The pallet-side communication hole of each of the pallets and the flange-side communication hole of a corresponding one of the flanges are interconnected by a tube extending in the hollow portion. Thus, four workpieces are machined concurrently using the single workpiece machining jig.

  • Patent number: 9078558
Abstract: While an insert shaft (11) disposed with a wide angle lens (15) at a top end thereof is being inserted into a hole to inspect a wall surface of the hole on the basis of an image photographed through the wide angle lens (15), gas is injected into the innermost recess of the hole along the outer circumferential surface of the insert shaft (11) by a gas injection mechanism (19). The gas injection mechanism (19) is provided with a guide (13) configured to surround a top end portion of the insert shaft (11) and form a gas injection passage (R) extending in the longitudinal direction of the insert shaft (11) between the inner circumferential surface of the guide (13) and the outer circumferential surface of the insert shaft (11), and a gas supply unit (14c) configured to supply gas to an inner space of the guide (13).

  • Patent number: 6189355
Abstract: Disclosed is a strength-enhancing apparatus for a metal part comprising a recovery mechanism for sucking powder flow dust generated from glass beads crushed on a surface of a gear in a chamber to recover it together with drainage, wherein the recovery mechanism includes a liquid-spouting means arranged on a ceiling in the chamber, for effecting showering for the whole interior of the chamber. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably recover the mist containing the powder flow dust floating in the chamber, and it is possible to reliably avoid adhesion and accumulation of the powder flow dust.
