  • Patent number: 5180975
Abstract: A first cam is fixedly provided on a base plate and a position-adjustable second cam is disposed apart from the first cam. A block movable by a driver is disposed between the first and second cams. While abutting against the first cam, the movable block is held at a fixed first position, and while abutting against the second cam, it is held at a second position defined by the second cam. The second position is preset, as desired, by adjusting the translational and rotational positions of the second cam and the movable block is switched by the driver between the first and second positions.

  • Patent number: 5097605
Abstract: The invention provides a photosensitive material processing apparatus having a processing part consisting of a plurality of processing tanks for processing a photosensitive and a drying part, disposed downstream of the processing part in a processing sequence, for drying the material. The drying part includes infrared drying system and hot air current drying system. There are provided a distinguishing circuit and a controlling circuit. The distinguishing circuit distinguishs the condition of the material either on a constant-drying-rate condition or on a decreasing-drying-rate condition on the basis of physical characteristics of the material. The controlling circuit controls the drying part so as to use the infrared drying system on the constant-drying-rate-condition or to use the hot air current drying system on the decreasing-drying-rate-condition on the basis of a distinguishing result of the distinguishing circuit.

  • Patent number: 5068681
Abstract: In an automatic developing machine in which a photographic film is dried by a drying unit after development, a method of controlling the temperature and/or humidity of the film drying air in order to prevent variation in the film size before and after the processes of development and drying, which comprises prior computation of the variations in the film size according to a temperature and humidity of outside air, thereby determining the optimum operating condition of the drying unit from a result of the prior computation, and thereafter setting the drying unit with the optimum operating condition so that the automatic developing machine may process the film without variation in the film size.
