  • Patent number: 10717867
Abstract: A curable polyurethane type resin composition which is applicable for a sealing material for an electrical device used in a vehicle, enhances a hydrolysis resistance of a cured substance and can suppress a decrease in physical properties in high temperature and high moisture environments. The curable polyurethane type resin composition contains castor oil-type polyol, polyisocyanate, and epoxidized acrylic polymer. The electrical device has electrical components covered with a sealing material consisting of a cured substance of the curable polyurethane-type resin composition.

  • Publication number: 20190344483
Abstract: A resin-sealed component includes a part to be sealed, a first sealing member covering at least a part of the part to be sealed, and a second sealing member sealing a surface of the first sealing member. The first sealing member and the second sealing member are made of thermosetting resins. The second sealing member is made of the thermosetting resin having a gelation time longer than that of the first sealing member.

  • Patent number: 5416340
Abstract: Leakage current due to light incident upon the semiconductor layer which forms the channel of a TFT is eliminated. An insulating layer is formed between one of source and drain electrodes and the semiconductor layer over a distance which is longer than a hole-electron recombination distance, from all the edges of at least one of the source and drain electrodes of the TFT so that it overlaps the semiconductor layer.

  • Patent number: 5337173
Abstract: A redundantly constructed liquid crystal display which has high aperture efficiency. Pixels are arranged in a matrix at the intersections of scan and data lines and storage capacitor lines are provided to supply the pixels with storage capacitors. The pixels are arranged in groups of two pixels adjoining each other by arranging scan lines (or data lines) in groups of two pixels closely adjoining each other. One storage capacitor line is provided for every two adjoining pixels between the scan lines (or data lines) and disposed in the same direction as the scan lines (or data lines). Two storage capacitors corresponding to the two adjoining pixels are provided for each storage capacitor line and one auxiliary storage capacitor is provided to be shared by every two adjoining pixels. Alternatively, both the scan lines and the data lines may be arranged in groups of two closely adjacent lines so that a unit or group of four adjacent pixels is formed.
