  • Patent number: 11964265
Abstract: Provided is a methanation catalyst processing method capable of suppressing degradation of a catalyst performance. A methanation catalyst processing method of the present disclosure includes oxidizing nickel through a heat treatment of a methanation catalyst by supplying an oxygen gas containing oxygen to a reactor, the reactor housing the methanation catalyst containing the nickel as a catalyst component. In the oxidizing, the oxygen gas is supplied to the reactor such that the oxygen is supplied to 1 g of the methanation catalyst at a supply rate in a range of from 0.0213 mmol-O2/sec·g-cat. to 0.0638 mmol-O2/sec·g-cat., and a time period of the heat treatment of the methanation catalyst by supplying the oxygen gas to the reactor is set to 30 minutes or more.

  • Patent number: 10686395
Abstract: In a brushless motor control device, a microcontroller determines a current-on phase of a motor based on zero crossing detected by a position detection circuit, and the inverter circuit generates a voltage for current-on to the determined current-on phase. In a case in which zero crossing has been successively detected plural times, in a phase that was switched from the current-on phase to a current-off phase, in a PWM control cycle after a predetermined masking period, the microcontroller controls to interrupt current to coils of all phases of the motor body. In a state in which current-on has been interrupted, the microcontroller determines the current-on phase based on zero crossing detected in one of the three phases, the inverter circuit generates the voltage for current-on for the determined current-on phase and restarts current-on to the coils.

  • Patent number: 10232820
Abstract: A steering lock device includes a position detector that detects a position of a lock member. The position detector includes a first unlock detecting portion of a digital output type that detects that the lock member is located in an unlock position and a second unlock detecting portion of an analog output type that detects that the lock member is located in an intermediate position, which is between a lock position and the unlock position. A position determination portion determines whether or not the lock member is located in the unlock position based on a detection signal of the first unlock detecting portion and a detection signal of the second unlock detecting portion, which has a parabolic output waveform that changes in accordance with movement of the lock member.

  • Patent number: 9964278
Abstract: A reflecting surface of a reflector has a structure where a plurality of reflecting elements are arranged in rows in an up-and-down direction, and the reflecting elements are arranged as a plurality of sets in a left-and-right direction. The surface of each reflecting element is composed of a curved surface having a horizontal section curvature larger than a vertical section curvature. Thus, a horizontally long light distribution pattern may be easily formed by light reflecting from each reflecting element. Each reflecting element is connected to each of four reflecting elements which are adjacent thereto in the left-and-right direction and are shifted therefrom in the up-and-down direction, through a boundary line extending from a vertical plane in an inclined direction in the left-and-right direction. Thus, the horizontally long light distribution pattern formed by the light reflecting from each reflecting element becomes a bright light distribution pattern having four chipped corners.
