Abstract: An indwelling clip includes a clip main body having a pair of arm plate portions that can be opened in a substantially V shape with an elastic force and claw portions formed on respective tip portions of the arm plate portions. The indwelling clip also includes a fastening ring attached to the arm plate portions so as to be movable along a longitudinal direction of the pair of arm plate portions and be able to close the pair of arm plate portions by moving in a direction of the claw portions. An outer surface of the claw portion is provided with a fluorescent body containing a fluorescent pigment emitting red or near infrared light by being irradiated with excitation light.

Abstract: A catheter tip pressure transducer for detecting the pressure in various portions of a living body accurately and safely comprises a pressure sensor disposed within the end portion of a catheter. The pressure sensor comprises a pressure sensitive diaphragm whereon strain gauges are formed by a diffusion method. The pressure sensor is mounted on an insulated supporting member without being secured firmly thereto. A protecting member made of silicone rubber fills the hollow portion of the catheter so as to isolate and protect the pressure sensor and the ambient body tissue.Pressure is accurately measured by the pressure sensor without being influenced by the thermal stresses which occur in the supporting member. Furthermore, electrical isolation and mechanical safety are obtained.

Abstract: An intracranial pressure transducer includes a casing comprising an annular member having a screwed part on an outer wall thereof for fitting and securing a skull of a body. A pressure-electric transducing portion including a supporting member which is inserted within an inner wall of the casing and is tightly fixed to the predetermined upper portion from a tip portion of the casing, an indicating circuit for indicating the intracranial pressure in response to an output of strain sensitive elements, and indicating means.
