  • Patent number: 9523599
Abstract: A fuel-level measuring apparatus measures the level of fuel in a vehicle fuel tank. The apparatus can ensure a sufficient capacity of the fuel tank and sense the fuel level even when the fuel tank has a thin or complicated shape. A fuel-level measuring apparatus that senses the level of fuel in a vehicle fuel tank disposed below a floor panel of a vehicle includes a tank band that secures the fuel tank to a body of the vehicle, and a strain gauge attached to the tank band. The fuel level can be obtained from strain in the tank band detected by the strain gauge.

  • Patent number: 9299055
Abstract: To avoid the need for off-line collaboration, a primary user who is attempting to enter data required for computer-based process may, as part of the data entry process, delegate data entry tasks for specific input fields to designated delegate users who are more likely to be knowledgeable about the data to be entered. Data entry operations performed by the primary user are recorded and used to build a transaction model which will enable a server to provide required data input screens to delegate users. Data entered by the delegate users is merged with data entered by the primary user to meet the requirements of the computer-based process.

Abstract: A fuel supplying system includes a socket component, a filler pipe, a connection, and a fuel tank. The socket component is positioned close to a fuel filler opening in a side of a vehicle body. The filler pipe is connected to the socket component at one end thereof and is connected to the connection at the other end thereof. The fuel tank houses a main part of the connection and stores fuel. The filler pipe extends through a space between a side portion of a wheelhouse and a rear wheel to the fuel tank, which is positioned at a bottom portion of the vehicle body. The fuel pipe is formed of a flexible material such that the fuel pipe is expanded by the fuel during refueling and is flat at times other than refueling.

  • Patent number: 8713552
Abstract: A client transmits, to a server, an instruction to copy a certain file for update, and receives the copied file. Upon update of the received file, the client generates update information on the update of the received file, and transmits the generated update information to the server. The server extracts a file containing a part related to the received update information, and judges whether or not the extracted file has been copied and then transmitted to a different client. If judging that the extracted file has been copied and transmitted to the different client, the server transmits warning information to the different client to which the extracted file has been transmitted, the warning information indicating that the file is updated in the client other than the different client.

  • Publication number: 20120136925
Abstract: Cloning a local environment is described. Cloning a local environment can enable sharing the environment during pair programming. Cloning can have other uses as well. A server or other computer may maintain a clone environment of a first client apart from a second client such that the cloned computing environment, mimicking the environment of the first client, may be maintained on behalf of and used by a second client.
