Abstract: This disclosure describes a zinc-free lubricating oil composition. The composition includes a major amount of an oil of lubricating viscosity having a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. in a range of about 1.5 to about 35 mm2/s and an anti-wear mixture having one or more ashless dispersants and an alkyl phosphonic acid having a structure given by wherein R is a C3-C20 hydrocarbyl group. The initial pH of the anti-wear mixture is between 5-9.5 as measured by ASTM D664.

Abstract: An extra fine multifilament obtained in the present invention contains a deodorant functional agent having a particle diameter equal to or more than the average diameter of extra fine single yarn fibers, and the deodorant functional agent is not completely covered with polymer and is partially exposed on the surface of the multifilament, whereby a dramatically improved deodorizing function can be achieved. Accordingly, a polyester cloth made of the multifilament has a durable deodorizing function, a high strength, and an excellent texture, and thereby is useful for apparel products (such as sports wears, casual wears, and mens and womens suits), medical applications, interior applications, etc.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of controlling change-over of a connection route between media gateway apparatuses, and a call agent apparatus. During communications, a connection route of deteriorated quality is changed over to a connection route of high quality selected from a plurality of IP networks. Thus, the transmission quality is maintained, and high-quality transmission services are provided at low cost. In a voice/data integrated network having subscribers lines accommodated in STM channel switches LS1 and LS2 connected to an IP network via media gateway apparatuses MG1 and MG2 respectively, the media gateway apparatuses MG1 and MG2 collect/edit real-time packet quality information of IP packets for each call, and post the quality information to a call agent CA.

Abstract: A voice gateway is used to transmit voice signals through the Internet. Upon receiving a connection request, the gateway calculates an end-to-end delay time and selects a proper route according to the calculated delay time to improve the quality of voice transmission. A gateway (10) on the caller side multicasts a connection request to gateways (20) on the receiver side. Each of the receiver gateways returns a response to the caller gateway. According to the response, the caller gateway calculates a compression/decompression allowance and selects a route that employs a compression rule whose compression or decompression time is shorter than the compression/decompression allowance.

C. of the obtained artificial hair below 10%. Then the resulting artificial hair exhibits good operatability of the heatsetting procedure.
