  • Patent number: 11110356
Abstract: A rhythm game program for causing a computer to implement a function of controlling a progress of a rhythm game by playing a music and displaying a trigger object on a display unit, the program causing the computer to implement: an evaluation function of evaluating an operation input, based on a timing of the operation input for the trigger object and an operation timing associated with data; and an object control function of moving at least one of the trigger object and an operation position such that a distance between the trigger object and the operation position decreases, based on the operation timing corresponding to the trigger object, wherein the object control function implements a function of causing an auxiliary object to appear when an appearance condition is satisfied, and causing the auxiliary object to execute an auxiliary operation to assist a user in a progress of a game.

  • Patent number: 9030448
Abstract: An image control system controls an image displayed on a display screen of a display section based on a detection value output from a detection section, the detection section outputting the detection value corresponding to a first position when an operation state of a touch operation performed on an operation surface is a first operation state in which a first touch operation is performed at the first position on the operation surface, and outputting the detection value corresponding to a midpoint between the first position and a second position when the operation state is a second operation state in which a second touch operation is performed at the second position on the operation surface in addition to the first touch operation.

  • Patent number: 7357719
Abstract: When a character is lent from a first game device to a second game device, clocks of those two game devices are synchronized, a shared lending/borrowing expiration time is set, the use of the character is temporarily disabled in the first game device, and the use of the character is temporarily enabled in the second game device. Then, a character return timing is determined, based on a time of the clock and the lending/borrowing expiration time, in the respective game devices. In accordance with the determined timing, the use of the character is enabled in the first game device, and the use of the character is disabled in the second game device. Thus, it is possible to lend/borrow a character as an item in the real world without generating a copy thereof, and the lent character is sure to be returned at the expiration of a predetermined lending/borrowing period.
