  • Publication number: 20050197758
Abstract: An oil pressure control apparatus for an automatic transmission includes a calculating means for calculating, on the basis of a transmission output shaft rotational speed, at a time of a shift operation from a neutral shift stage to another shift stage appropriate to a vehicle driving condition, output-side rotational speeds of frictional engagement elements, and a shift stage selecting means for selecting a shift stage, in which oil with line pressure is supplied to a first frictional engagement element, from among the frictional engagement elements, and in which a minimum difference exists between the output-side rotational speed of the first frictional engagement element and an input-side rotational speed of a second frictional engagement element, from among the plural frictional engagement elements. The second frictional engagement element corresponds to the first frictional engagement element for the shift stage selected by the shift stage selecting means.

  • Publication number: 20050141872
Abstract: Program reservation information is input to a recording-medium image recording apparatus, and a recording medium is selected. In the event that automatic updating (overwriting) of the recording medium is set in a state wherein automatic recording to the recording medium has been set, simply inserting the recording medium in that state into the device starts a reservation image recording mode, whereby program reservation is executed, and the recording medium is overwritten by image recording from the top at all times regardless of the contents of the recording medium.

  • Patent number: 6843754
Abstract: An engagement force for engaging a first friction engagement element is set to be lower than an engagement force for establishing a predetermined shift stage with a second friction engagement element being engaged when a vehicle is stopped with an acceleration pedal not being operated and a brake pedal being operated under a forward driving range in an automatic transmission. The engagement force for the first friction engagement element is increased when a vehicle starts with the brake pedal released from the operated condition, and the engagement force for engaging the second friction engagement element is decreased when a relative rotational speed between a turbine wheel and a forward movement member becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined rotational speed.

  • Patent number: 5884125
Abstract: A control circuit for outputting a signal for controlling an amount of light emitted from a plurality of light emitting elements. The control circuit includes a controller or CPU, and a D/A converter outputting a signal for setting a voltage in multiple gradation in accordance with a lighting state of the light emitting element. An amplifying circuit amplifies an output of the D/A converter and outputs an amplified output as a control signal. A reference voltage generating circuit generates a reference voltage and a comparator compares the control signal with the reference voltage. The controller varies an output of the D/A converter based on the result of comparison by the comparator, to adjust the output of the D/A converter so that the control signal is equivalent to the reference voltage. Accordingly each voltage is reset in the multiple gradation to allow the light emitting element to appropriately emit light based on the adjusted output.
