  • Publication number: 20190176117
Abstract: A webbing take-up device has a pretensioner mechanism that rotates a spool in a take-up direction owing to a micro-gas generator being operated at a time of an emergency of a vehicle. A micro-gas generator mounting portion of the pretensioner mechanism is formed in a shape of a tube into which the micro-gas generator is inserted. The micro-gas generator mounting portion has recessed portions, whose micro-gas generator sides are open, and convex portions that are formed along the recessed portions, and that are formed in shapes that are convex toward the micro-gas generator side, and on which a portion of the micro-gas generator is anchored.

  • Patent number: 9914430
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is obtained in which the number of rotations of a spool from the start of deformation of a first energy absorption member until the start of deformation of a second energy absorption member can exceed one rotation. In a webbing take-up device, a restricting tab is provided at an open side of the engagement recess portion. Although the leading end of the stopper pawl and the engagement recess portion face each other in the first rotation of the lock ring, a leading end of a stopper pawl is thereby unable to enter inside the engagement recess portion. The restricting tab is restricted from rotating when the leading end of the stopper pawl abuts an abutting portion of the restricting tab. When the lock ring accordingly rotates in a pull-out direction, the restricting tab moves relative to the open side of the engagement recess portion.

  • Publication number: 20170088092
Abstract: At a present through anchor, a through-hole is formed in a core metal. Due thereto, at the core metal, there is no metal portion of the core metal at a portion MF that is furthest from an outer peripheral portion of the core metal and a supporting hole and an insert-through hole. Accordingly, because there is no need for a heat treatment such as quenching or the like at the furthest portion MF and a periphery thereof, dispersion in mechanical characteristics at respective regions of the core metal after a heat treatment can be made to be small.

  • Patent number: 9302649
Abstract: In a webbing take-up device, configuration is made such that in a state in which a restriction wall of a cam gear is positioned at a lateral the side of a pin of a link configuring a switching section, the restriction wall abuts the pin when the link attempts to move. The restriction wall does not actively move the link regardless of the number of revolutions made by the cam gear. Operation noise of the link, a stopper pawl and a slide stopper accordingly does not occur during pull-out and take-up of webbing during normal usage, and a desirable user sensation is achieved in pull-out and take-up of the webbing during normal usage.

  • Patent number: 7749950
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a durable excellent stain-proofing property to the surface of a coating formed on a substrate surface of a building board without deteriorating the surface of the coating. The present invention also, provides a stain-proofing agent containing silica fine particles, an aqueous solvent and, as a stain-proofing improver, an alkali metal compound and/or an alkaline earth metal compound and/or a phosphorus compound and/or a clay mineral. The present invention also provides a building board having an excellent stain-proofing property prepared by applying a coating composition onto the surface of a substrate to form a coat, and then applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat while the coat is in an unhardened state or applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat after subjecting the coat to a roughening treatment to enhance the adhesion of the stain-proofing layer to the coat.

  • Publication number: 20080199677
Abstract: The present invention provides a bearing wall with a low specific gravity of as low as 1.0 or less and a wall-magnification of 2.5 or more, which is excellent in strength, fire-safety, workability, dimensional stability, freezing resistance, water resistance and earthquake resistance, and a method for manufacturing the board. The board is produced by a method that contains the steps of: preparing a slurry by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material, a fiber reinforcing material and a lightweight aggregate into water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and then forming the slurry into a sheet, dehydrating the sheet, pressing the sheet and curing the sheet. The fiber reinforcing material includes a refined fiber with a freeness of 650 ml or less and an unrefined fiber and the saturated carboxylic acid is preferably a stearic acid-based carboxylic acid or a succinic acid-based carboxylic acid.

  • Publication number: 20080176057
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide an inorganic board excellent in water absorption resistance, dimensional stability and/or frost damage resistance, and a method for producing the same. The inorganic board is produced through the following processes: preparing a slurry by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material and a refined fiber reinforcing material into water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and then the slurry is subjected to the steps of sheetmaking, dehydration, pressing and curing. The inorganic board comprising a refined fiber reinforcing material at 1-30 weight % based on the total solid content and a saturated carboxylic acid at 0.1-2.0% based on the total solid content.
