  • Patent number: 11929621
Abstract: A power control apparatus for a distributed power supply interconnected with a power system includes: a conversion circuit that performs reverse conversion of converting power supplied from the distributed power supply from direct current to alternating current and outputting the converted power; and a control device that controls the conversion circuit. The control device changes a target value of received power at a power reception point of the power system on the basis of a predicted value of a power generation amount of the distributed power supply and a predicted value of power consumption of a demand facility, and controls an output of the conversion circuit such that the received power at the power reception point becomes a target value.

  • Publication number: 20220350557
Abstract: A display panel is capable of displaying a meter image that includes a pointer image constituting a pointer and a mark image constituting a mark pointed to by the pointer. A display controller controls a display state of the display panel. The display panel simultaneously displays a plurality of meter images including a first meter image and a second meter image and a background image encircling the plurality of meter images and is capable of switching the first meter image to a third meter image, which is the meter image of a type different from the first meter image, and displaying the third meter image. The display controller changes a display mode of at least one of the second meter image, the third meter image, or the background image when switching the first meter image to the third meter image and displaying the third meter image on the display panel.

  • Patent number: 8175211
Abstract: The object of this invention is to provide a method for mitigating a stress corrosion cracking of reactor structural material which makes it possible to suppress the rise in the main steam line dose rate without secondary effects such as a rise in the concentration of radioactive cobalt-60, etc. in the reactor water. Hydrogen and a reductive nitrogen compound containing nitrogen having a negative oxidation number (for example, hydrazine) are injected into the core water of boiling water nuclear power plant. By injecting the reductive nitrogen compound containing nitrogen having a negative oxidation number into the core water, the stress corrosion cracking of structural material of reactor can be mitigated without side reactions such as a rise in the concentration of cobalt-60, etc.

  • Patent number: 4843832
Abstract: An air conditioning system for buildings includes a plurality of air conditioners on the different floors, a cooling gravity type heat pipe connecting vaporizers in the air conditioners with a cold thermal source installed at the top of the building and a warming gravity type heat pipe connecting a condenser of the air conditioners with a hot thermal source installed in the basement of the building. The heat pipes are, respectively, provided with flow control valves at the inlet of each vaporizer and the outlet of each condenser. Each air conditioner is provided with a thermistor for detecting the temperature of the returning air and a liquid level detection switch for detecting the liquid level of the thermal medium in the vaporizer. The flow control valves are respectively controlled based on the detection signals issued by the thermistor and the liquid level detection switch.

  • Patent number: 4831324
Abstract: A method and apparatus for analyzing the electrode impedance, in which an a.c. voltage with its frequency varied at intervals is applied between a pair of measuring electrodes dipped in the sample liquid, the complex a.c. impedance between the electrodes is measured at each frequency, the maximum value among absolute values of imaginary part of the measured impedance values is detected as the electrode polarization resistance, and the solution resistance of the liquid is calculated by subtracting the detected maximum value from the real part of the impedance corresponding to the maximum imaginary part.

  • Patent number: 4796439
Abstract: An air conditioning system for a building according to the present invention essentially has a first thermal storage tank as a cold thermal source which is installed at a high place in the building, a second thermal storage tank as a hot thermal source which is installed at a low place in the building, air conditioners which are installed at various levels between the first thermal storage tank and the second thermal storage tank, and heat pipes of a gravity type with which the air conditioners are connected to the first thermal storage tank and the second thermal storage tank. This system dispenses with passages for water, typically used as a thermal medium, at the places where air conditioners are installed. The system makes it possible to lower the capacities of the air conditioning equipment, especially the capacity of the regrigerator included in the cold thermal source equipment.

  • Patent number: 4581275
Abstract: The present invention provides a base cloth for reinforcement produced by winding a weldable yarn on either one of a warp or weft or the both at a definite interval, arranging the warp and weft in the respective directions and then thermally welding the both yarns. According to this method, the fraying of warp or weft, particularly easy fluffing of carbon fibers, etc. can be prevented by winding the weldable yarn. And, it is sufficient for the weldable yarn to be present at the intersections between the warp and weft. Consequently, as compared with a case wherein the whole weft is impregnated with adhesives, penetration of the matrix resin can sufficiently be attained and thus, strength in the weft direction can be improved.
