  • Publication number: 20240076426
Abstract: The present invention relates to resin particles including a residue unit represented by the following general formula (1) and having a volume average particle diameter equal to or more than 5 ?m and equal to or less than 2008 ?m, and a method for producing thereof. Fruthermore the present invention relates to a fluororesin comprising a residue unit represented by a general formula (1) and having a weight average molecular weight Mw in a range of 5×104 to 3×105, and a yellow index of a heat-melted molded product (thickness 3 mm) after 24 h at 280° C. of equal to or less than 6, and a method for producing thereof. In the formula (1), Rf1, Rf2, Rf3, and Rf4 are each independently one of the groups consisting of a fluorine atom, a linear perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, a branched perfluoroalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, or a cyclic perfluoroalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms. The perfluoroalkyl group may have an ethereal oxygen atom.

  • Patent number: 5487624
Abstract: A powder feeding apparatus which has a substantially simplified structure compared to conventional powder feeding apparatuses and which can be easily installed, without requiring any substantial adjustment work. The powder feeding apparatus includes a powder flow rate measuring capillary, the inlet of which is connected to a powder introducing device and to a sensor nozzle for a powder flow rate detection gas provided with a flow control device. A pressure difference detecting device whose interior volume is invariant during normal operation is connected between the inlet and the outlet of the capillary. Further, a pressure difference adjusting device and a large-diameter feeding duct are connected together.

  • Patent number: 5411713
Abstract: An ozone generating apparatus has a plurality of ozone generating units connected in series to form a plurality of stages along the flow path of a gas. Each ozone generating unit has an ozonizing chamber having a material gas inlet and a product gas outlet and ozonizer discharge electrodes disposed in the ozonizing chamber and connected to an AC high-voltage source. The voltage applied to said ozonizing discharge electrodes of each successive stages is so varied that the ozonizing discharge electrodes of each downstream stage, as viewed in the direction of flow of the gas, is supplied with a lower voltage than the voltage supplied to said ozonizer discharge electrodes of an adjacent upstream stage. A series connection of a plurality of ozone generating units can form a composite ozone generating unit, and a plurality of such composite units may be connected in series to form a plurality of stages. The voltages applied to such successive stages is varied in the same manner a above.

  • Patent number: 5385761
Abstract: A discharge element comprises a linear electrode and a sheet electrode both of which are provided opposite to each other with an insulator sheet therebetween, in which the linear electrode is formed by plasma spray coating a high-meting point semiconductor so as not to be worn when a high-frequency high voltage is applied between both electrodes.

  • Patent number: 4975579
Abstract: A discharge element for use in charging or discharging fine particles, charging or discharging a photoconductive insulating film applied to electronic copying machine, surface treatment for plastic, and generation of ozone from oxygen or the like. An electrically conductive metal such as aluminum or the like is metal sprayed to the surface of a thin-plate like ceramic insulating body so that an electrically conductive power supplying line is formed. A coated electrode of a high melting point semiconductor is metal sprayed on the outer surface of the power supplying line so that a combined linear electrode is formed. Next, on the reverse side of the thin-plate like ceramic insulating body there is provided an electrically conductive planar electrode by metal spraying. A high potential AC power source is connected between the combined linear electrode and the planar electrode so that AC silent creeping discharge is generated adjacent to the coated electrode and the surface of the insulating body.
